I have the full set. My 3/8 came defective. I emailed them with the issue and they sent me another 3/8 a few days later no questions asked. Great tools for the price and customer service is exceedingly excellent and super easy to deal with. I have went on to buy other tools such as their box wrenches.
Sweat! I haven't had any warranty concerns. They have worked awesome for me, too. I have bought quite a bit so far, as you can see from some of the videos. I plan on buying more, too! Thanks for sharing and watching!!
@@eastcoastken Agreed! I'm assuming they will do the giveaway this up coming week. I didn't even happen to look at when they were completing the giveaway.
I have a 1/2:" torque wrench I used for several years to torque down lug nuts on cars, no issues there. Lately, though, I've moved toward using digital torque adapters. They're less expensive and you can use any hand tool you want with them. Also, less expensive to ship them out for calibration, so far they've stayed within 1% after a little over a year of use. I don't think Tekton makes those, though I've become very fond of the rest of my Tekton tools, but the Quinn brand ones seem to work great.
Awww very good comment. Lots of great info and pointer's here for anyone looking for alternatives. Its interesting how things change over time. I couldn't agree more with you on the adapters. Thanks for watching!
@@HowToDIYMoore Thank you for making y shearing this video Yes is the only tool I have from tekton bit I really like the socket sets full complete set not skip size on the smaller sockets I think theu skip on the bigger sockets maybe one day I decide and get one set Impact I owned plenty of chrome sockets 😅🤣🤣
These are great. I've been very satisfied with them! I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure! I don't have Pittsburgh and haven't used them, so I can't speak for that exact product. I know Tekton has a strong warranty, and their products have been amazing so far for me.
Thank buddy! I defiantly agree with you. That is the one reason I was hesitant on purchasing these. Not a fan, but at the price point it will work for me. I just need to remain conscious of the nut moving and keeping the correct torque. Thank you for commenting I appreciate you!

Well one good thing is you can never have enough sockets.... 🤣 jk. But you could get the black impact ones. 🤔😁

🏆 Fortunately or unfortunately not sure which one, but id say your correct! 🤣
I am contemplating on buying this kit especially for the price but they look awfully similar to the Pittsburgh torque wrenches

I have the 1/2 inch tekton torque wrench its my go to torque wrench
Great Choice! 🤣 Have you had it a long time? Thanks for commenting!
@HowToDIYMoore few years now and its still going strong no complaints plus tekton has one of the best warranty programs on the market
@@ragincajungarage AWESOME! Yes they do. Have you checked the calibration on it lately? May not be a bad idea; just a thought.
@HowToDIYMoore not yet i have to get the tool for that or see what tekton recommends for me to do

Nice torque wrenches I'm not a fan of the lock nut the bottom of the handle always gets lose and moves

Can you charge on site or it have pay all at once?
I'm guessing you mean Tektons web site? And yes if that's what you are referring to you can pay on the web site and order them all at once.
@@HowToDIYMoore ok

I wasn't 🤣 it just seems that way maybe because I wasn't using a mic. Not sure... Is your volume up? 🤣
