I just happened to find your workouts and I'm so thankful.. I too will be 70 this June and had total hip replacement in June 2021. I've been frustrated with my progress as I was in such great shape prior to the surgery. I love the slow and controlled movements.. perfect for me!! Thanks for your amazing workouts.
