You’re a lifesaver, this video saved me money and how grateful am I to you. Didn’t have to change the fuse but I just fiddled with the 5-1 fuse location and water pump started running, thank you so much. With gratitude from Ogun state, Nigeria.
Hi I just wanted to thank you for this video man I got tears on my eyes I wish I could give you a hug man.. Thank you very much for the video its got me out of stress
Hello can you tell me what was wrong because my water pump stopped working spontaneously yesterday I still have enough coolant and nothing special to see car had a high temperature after reading came from the water pump déviation it might be that the fuse is broken, it seems smart to first check that anyway

Is there a relay for that fuse Box anywhere anywhere that runs the one is the water pump and thermostat because I tried almost everything it's everything charge the battery checked all the fuses change the pump and the thermostat twice already can you please
My 2007 E90 has only the fuse at the small black box but doesnt have the other 30A fuse in the hood fuse box. Any ideas which is the other fuse? Found it (read my answer below)
AMC420 yes. My model has only a 50A fuse instead of two 30A and its located in the middle left upper side of the box in the hood. And for everyone. I replace another brand new water pump and still failing. The problem was the fuse box that its located in the battery. That red little box has like a junction fuse box. Its called “power distribution module” I replace that box and pump starts working fine!! Its good to add this info in your videos
@@javygonx Thank you so much for this information. I've replaced my water pump yesterday without any sign of life in it. Checked all the fuses that could possibly be it, will get multimeter tomorrow and check the terminals.

I have this (code 2E85 electric coolant pump:missing )my 09 bmw 328i xdrive run ok,no over heat/pump work ok running when ido test like you show on this video ...any tips to help me thx ..
I think before embarking on changing or replacing the water pump, you need to locate the relays and fuses first. This video saved me lots of stress and money too and I’m sure most mechanics don’t even know the fuses could cut out and disable the water pump.
Cant find my fuse for the waterpump, i changed my electrical waterpump a week ago and ive looked in both fuse boxes without any luck. I have a 2010 E90 318d
Hello how are you doing? Very good video. I ask you, I did the test but it doesn't work for me, the mechanic tells me that the pump burned (for the second time), I changed it a little over 1 year ago, it has not even traveled 20,000 km with that pump. Can you think what else could it be? The car heats up and I found that I had blown the lid off the water reservoir. I appreciate any comments. It's a 2005 BMW 330i E90 N52

My fuse keeps blowing!!!! I don’t know what to do we looked for bare wires sticking out and either cut or covered them depending on if we could cut them or not
Water pump fuse location varies depending model and year. Mine was in different place, wasted my time opening that white box. Check proper wiring diagram to find fuse location.
I have a 2008 328i it's an Hollywood import. I dont have those two fuses under my hood. Just wires, the computer and one 40amp fuse that sits right there on top.
Dumbest fuse location and fuse socket I ever saw for the most critical component on the entire machine. The fuse that runs your electric water pump. Stupid german engineering., Now you know why they lost the war.
I need some help. 2006 E90 I just replaced my water pump and thermostat and my car still over heats. I try to do the bleed process but it does even bleed. No water comes out. I've checked the fuses under the hood and all good. Please anything will help 🙏🙏🙏
I swear this guy is always leading people in the wrong direction. Maybe it’s on purpose. He didn’t mention the power distribution box in the rear. This isn’t the only video either, all of his other videos are just very misleading also.

Hi please could you be kind to tell me where is the water pump fuse in a E83 2010 (BMW X3 2.5i) Motor N52????

This is different for LCI models (2010-2013). I had the fuse box open to find nothing. . . On LCI water pump fuse is behind glovebox.
Do you know the fuze number(not the number on the fuze itself)
Number of fuse

hi electrical.
I have a question my bmw e90 does not turn off the water pump when i turn off the car.
How can i fix it?
I believe the water pump is allowed to run after the car is switched off. This is to help cool a hot engine. It should not run for long.
@@jaidank I have the same issue but the water pump will not cut off until it kills the battery
Change the water pump mine did the same thing it would kill my battery
can a bad battery cause the water pump to malfunction ?

What to do about the radiator fan being stuck on high, is there a relay or do I have to replace the fan. Thanks in advance
Hi can you assist with the location of the coolant water pump fuse in a Bmw f30 2014 model?
Whe fan is stock on high is bacause the water punp cutoff , once you replace it it will come normal , that a heat sensor , temperature is to high
Even with ac on ? If fan kicks in on full blast while ac is on its the ac pressure switch that will also make fan blow on high from my experience
I have a e90 335i and dont see any of what you have, just some wires and the ecu, and a red 50amp fuse.
