The top handle extension is a must! It made the camera so much better in hand. Great video!

Did you use a rubber gasket or some spacer material to hold the mic snug? Thanks. Do you guys have ideas that's clean? trying to fill a 1/4 inch gap.

May I ask if the vg1 is used on the fx3, will it be too long? Will the 24mm focal length lens be able to capture it?
I can't say for certain as I don't own the lens. It works fine with a 16 - 35 and 24 - 70
Would you recommend getting a different top handle, and use an external recorder or would you still recommend the Sony XLR handle?
Keep the handle and add a Kondor blue top handle extension. Gives it more mounting points and a stronger handle.
@@jonwaldman94 how do you find the quality of the XLR ports, do you find them noisy?
