    As a college student I don't have the money to spend on expensive foods some recipes on youtube require, I'm so thankful you show us cheap meals that are healthy too. I can't afford to pay a gym trainer or a nutritionist to tell me what to eat and I'm so happy these recipes are free. Wish you the best!

      Daniel Pacheco really! I hate fast food establishments due to the high content of unhealthy foods. Would rather eat at home and have 2 servings if I wish without the unhealthy fat content!

    Safety tip: If you put the flat side of the carrot down on the cutting board, instead of the round side, it won't rock/roll when you split it lengthwise. Great work! Recipes look amazing!

    Another tip for the first meal please season the chicken BEFORE you cook it and if you have the patience also put it in the fridge after seasoning for about an hour. It will have a lot more flavour to it. Also I would make the first meal with cajun seasoning🙂

    I really enjoy the single portion meals. No waste! It's much easier to double up if needed than to cut a recipe in half and still have leftovers that end up gettin tossed.

    Be sure to wash and rinse your quinoa at least a couple of times before cooking it! Otherwise it'll have a bitter taste

    Never used spray on oil to grease non stick pans. It will ruin the non stick surface in the long run and cause the Teflon coating to lift.

    Great videos, easy meals and affordable for sure; however, nutrition facts need to be updated a little. For example meal #1 will yield about 28 grams protein tops, as 4 oz chicken breast is 18 to 20 grams protein uncooked, then beans and carrots you would need half a cup each (4 oz each) to get 4 grams protein each. I share these videos with my personal training clients for ideas on new and easy meals, so thank so much for doing these.

    This was a helpful video and I'm looking forward to trying these recipes! One comment I have is that the zooming-in effect at the start of every cut distracts from the content, especially when the cuts occur between the same shot. Other than that, keep up the great work 👍

    YAZIO is an application I downloaded from Huawei AppGallery. Allows you to count and track calories burned throughout the day. You can choose from the dishes already offered, you can add your own dishes or scan the barcode from the foods you bring. Really great app if you want to keep track of what and how much you bring in during your meal.

      Just a thought, but that weight loss in a couple of days is water weight. You might have been eating way too much sodium before; these recipes have relatively little.

      Portioned with a well balanced healthy diet yes! You can also try couscous, quinoa and brown rice as another grain/pasta.

      Lol I know right. For anyone who's got a clue in cooking and cuisine would not eat these weird mixtures on spray oil with the tiniest bit of salt. And 300-400 cals is not sufficient for dinner ! I lost 15kg in the last 10 months, all gradually, just changing a few bad habits, walking more and still eating the dishes I love. I can tell you none of my dinners were under 800cals. Good luck with the yo-yo effect to anyone following these.

      @@leonorahasani6607 lmao, seriously? 😂😂😂 First of all you can make larger portions, no one who watches these will only eat THIS one meal throughout the day, with a breakfast, lunch and snacks you can easily eat up to almost 2000kcals a day which is normal and healthy, you won't have a yo-yo effect, also have you heard about bmr, everyone has their own healthy calorie intake, I'm a 19 year old girl who is 173cm and is currently weighing 62kg and doing workout 5-6 days a week, my recommended calorie intake is 2100 kcals. To lose weight it's 1980 kcal. Really not that hard to do. Also, what you should really pay attention to is your sugar intake, 25g of sugar is the recomennded for adult women. So get out with your nonsense.

    You do know for the garlic you can just crush it and one time you can just dice it up since it is crushed and you will get small pieces right

    What is Quinoa ? Is it a noodle or rice ? I did read someone on here said to wash it a few times before cooking it .
