ideal for women is about 1.5-1.6g/1kg weight. For you it's about 80g per day. You must use less fats, more carbs and do more phisical activity. To lose 2kg is very easy, but for good look you must train. Good luck

You do need the rice for the Carbs ! Remember to put lemon on the avocado to prevent discoloration.

Looks great for the most part, but you can't prep avocado slices days ahead of time; they'll be brown within hours.
may squeeze lemon or lime on the cut avocado, cover it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it to slow down the rate at which it browns 😉
