You're such an inspiration. I've been disappointed with myself this past half year cuz I haven't been meeting any of my goals. Floating back and forth between 235 and 250 lbs. Not "locked in" enough. Today is a milestone. Currently on my longest attempted fast so far. Currently 100 hours in. I'll be breaking it tomorrow when I'm with my family for the weekend, but I'll still be doing small fasts during the nights. We'll see if I can go for another long boy when I get back home Sunday.
Celebrate the little wins! Your eating habits have definitely improved since I began watching you. You're my inspiration to celebrate the little wins. Hard work and imperfect consistency does reap rewards. Blessings and keep us motivated with your accountability to the Family! 🙂👍🏾🙏🏾
Gotta get that pie in!! Nice video .. keep them coming as they are a great inspiration to me. (Currently day 5 of my journey - done a 70 hour fast already, refeed 3 hours, currently fasted 38 hours)
Jerome, this was a nice vlog. On your 2wk vaca, you can stay on any version of your fasting course that you want. When I was a marathoner, I would map out runs in whatever city I was traveling to. I would fit MY lifestyle wherever I'd go. People would ask, "You're going for a run? You're on vaca! You're supposed to be having fun!" And would respond, "Yes I am. I'm a 🏃♀️ runner!" You are a human who fasts...and you are AMAZING at it! Cheers to you! 😊
Thanks again Jerome! I had a pretty tough week and while I was consistent, I still feel I could've done better. I'm starting a 137hour fast to get back on track. Wish me luck!
I use your channel for motivation. I’m getting back to fasting, focusing on Alternate-Day Fasting (ADF) exclusively. The first time I tried ADF, I did really well. In August, I fasted for 23 days out of the month. I almost completed the full 30 days, but I got really sick (throwing up, etc). However, it wasn’t due to fasting, my whole family fell ill. Once I recovered, I got back on track. Some days, I even accidentally fasted for 40 hours! I managed to go from 91kg to 87kg that month. But after that, I struggled to regain my consistency. In September, I only managed one 36-hour fast and 11 shorter ones ranging from 7 to 23 hours. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from a bad salad ingredient, which set me back further. Then October came, and things didn’t improve much. I only completed 6 fasts, with durations between 11 and 31 hours. At that point, fasting slipped to the back burner entirely. Now it’s November, and I’m currently at 89kg, trying to get back into the swing of things. I’ve done 10 fasts so far this month. My shortest fast was just 3 hours (I know, ridiculous 😂), and the longest was 20 hours. Unfortunately, last week, I caught a bad cold from my sister 😭, which forced me to delay fasting again. Before yesterday, I tried to start a fast but could only manage 5 hours before breaking it. Today, however, I’m 8 hours into a 36-hour fast and feeling determined to stick with it. If you have any advice, I’d love to hear it. Insha’Allah, I’ll rebuild the same rhythm I had in August and make consistent progress again. Update: I’m 15 hours into my 36 hour fast :-)!
It's nice to see you out in the real world Jeromey Rome!! You have the look of being comfortable in your own skin. Enjoy your vacation and all the gnoshies that come with it. We'll hold down the fasting fort till you return!! 🎉🎉❤❤😊😊
You are so inspiring and it's made me try fasting... So far have done x2 4Day fasts and I am feeling so good. Will keep it going as I just loved to embrace the saying that its not perfect but definitely consistent, and I'm seeing results fast xx 💖💖💖😊
Today is November 23rd. I'm starting a 20lb weight loss challenge using OMAD. My starting weight is 149.4lb. My goal is to be 130lb on January 1st 2025. I will post on this channel daily to show accountability.
@Thatssoebony Thank you! The struggle is real, but I'm glad I'm posting regularly because I can feel how the accountability is making me think before I eat.
I finished a 65, and was pleased to see my ideal weight on the scale, 😊 .. then did a couple of OMADs. it’s all good for now. Last winter I gained a bunch of weight and then it was tough to loose it. This winter I’m determined not to gain back any weight. So far so good! 😄
Hey, I've been following your fasting, and Im in my 5 days of fasting. I've been dieting for over a year now, was 156kg, and down to 117kg. At the start of my fast, I was 117kg, and now I'm 112kg! I'm going to push to 7 days.
Side bar: Lou Malnati’s on Michigan Ave and the Chicago Pizza Oven Grinder are hands down my go-to for pizza every time I’ve been to Chicago! Safe travels Jerome!
Variety helps. Small portions of very different stuff. As many colors as possible (differentfruit veggies etc). Stay away from white food as much as possible. This helps with satiety.
I dont have an off switch with food . Once i start eating i cant stop until i go to bed.. i find it easy to not eat all day until night, then i still gorge myself
Have you tried to drink more water (w/ fruit or flavored, if not plain) when you start to feel like you want or need a snack and making yourself wait 10 mins to see if that urge goes away? I've found, if I let 10-15 mins go by the urge tends to leave. It's such a mental battle most times.
Your first meal looked like Filipino. You Filipino my friend? I also do fasting protocols. I do not eat healthiest on my refeeds, similar to you lol. And if usually you fast 60 something hours, why not push it to a solid 3 days at 72 hours? I’m 5’9 and around 150-ish and you are 130-ish and can eat more than I can lol I’m also a new subscriber that found you years ago when I started my journey of fasting. Originally because of two TH-cam channels. SNAKE DIET & KINOBODY. Which KinoBody I’d recommend to everyone. It’s easy and fun. Especially the gym training. Reverse pyramid training. Fasting brother to another do you got any advice you’d like to give me? My name is Kurt btw.
The walk at the end was epic! Your consistency is the stuff of legends!

Yeah, I often find that a short mild workout is often better than nothing.

I’m on my fast finally up to 30 hour just training my stomach muscle to maybe 40 hours and It was hard
I dont have an off switch with food . Once i start eating i cant stop until i go to bed.. i find it easy to not eat all day until night, then i still gorge myself
I wanna visit Chicago for some good grub now and some snow ❄️ lol
Have you tried the Costco brand? Which is your favorite? Looking for opinions on best pumpkin pie for thanksgiving 😅
If you are going out of the country on vacation, you may not gain any weight, because most countries don’t put the same gunk in their food as we do.
We’re making food and fasting idols here when God, spiritual practices and life ought to be.
I totally agree😢😢😢
Glory to Jésus ❤
On an average refeed day how many calories do you eat and how much protein do u eat ???
What...no weight measurement after refeed...then what was the point?

Did you eat that whole pizza tho ?
my thing with fasting is once i stop eating i don't want to eat. i know that sounds like a good thing but it's not. because then i binge eat.
Is that not too much food
You must be new here.watch his refeeds when he was doing rolling 96hrs and he was still loosing weight
Disfruta ese aguacate! siento que solo lo ingieres y lo tragas
