A lot of you keep asking me about how I don’t put on weight or how my gut health is or how i am thin etc.
This OMAD challenge was one of the things I did to improve gut health, lose a lil weight and improve cognitive ability.
I practice intermittent fasting at least 15 days every month and that helps in keeping me mentally and physically fit to go and enjoy myself other wise.

I've been eating 1 meal a day for a decade now. Feels much better and that 1 meal tastes like heaven.

That’s the way it should be… intermittent fasting does work.. no doubts but it destroys your metabolism in the long run… also ppl who do intermittent are prone to heart problems later
What type of workout?
2kilos in 10 days,1 meal a day, high protein,high fiber and low calorie. Looks good.

Replace protein with Paneer, Tofu, Chick Peas and other sources of protein:)
@@DCT_EATS but the bioavailability wouldnt let the body absorb it all in just one meal, would it? and eating so much paneer is also not recommended
@@totallytwistedindeed. You could try eggs if you count them as vegetarian. Or maybe beans.
Break it into two. Eat the other two hours after you consume the first. Eating too much of anything isn’t recommended. You’ll have to do do a combination of paneer, beans, whey protein, lentils etc

Tell me what happened at day 8,9,10 and 15 and what was your weight and if you were able to keep this up. No one needs to follow any fad. You can eat 2000 calories in one sitting or 2000 calories in 3 sittings. Its the same. It really boils down to how much you eat and how much you burn.
That’s why you can see he’s eating a lot of veggies and proteins . He ate eggs , chicken , and veggies . Those do not have alot of calories when eating once a day . They have limited calories

I ate one meal a day last year for 59 days without any juice or milk and suprisingly i lost almost 10kgs in this time period, which is truly insane cause I'm a skinny guy not a fatty one. Imagine an obese doing so, how much weight will he/she will loose!! ❤️
I’ve lost 15lbs/6.8kg after one month on the carnivore diet. Just to be clear, I’ve been working out and practicing intermittent fasting for 5 years now and I’ve done a weekly 40 hour fast for 64 Saturdays in a row. So I’m a little surprised I lost 15lbs/6.8kg.

when you start going low carb you don't need too much to fill you up. A little protein and cruciferous vegetables can get me through the day now. And I just started eliminating rice, roti and fruit 4 days ago.

If you had OMAD between 12-2, then what did you do after that if you got hungry? Like at night or eve? And did you completely cut sugar as well?
Drank water or Green Tea or Black Coffee. Yeah, sugar was almost fully out of my meals
And at times, it’s okay to stay hungry for a while. It’ll eventually go away

I switched to normal-home prepared meals (dal chawal, egg-based, common sabjis etc.) with outside-food on every 2-3 days (not heavy). Plus, I'm taking green tea along +black coffee+green coffee taking alobg trifala+guggal+ashwagandha+giloy aloe vera. Also taking amla 2-3 a day..and in February alone, I lose 6 kg. I didn't choose some fancy salads, high intensity workouts (doing basic cardio), concentrating on my work and studies, avoiding any sort of stress as possible. Key is to not go hard, instead keep it simple
