Mam I want recipe of frymes of potato, not the potato chips which are sun dried. Aapne jaisa rice with sago and Aval with sago ka fryums ki recipe share Kari hai, just like this.
Madam: How about mixing the green chillies just before the Poha powder is taken out and run for a minute or two? I think that will help proper mixing of salt/chillies. We are lucky to have an open terrace where we get very good sunlight from 8 am to 4 pm in Mumbai.

The powdered beaten rice when soaked in water becomes like 'rava ' no mam coz I do so for 'huli/gojju avalakki' Or is it coz of the sago powder that it forms like a dough?
