    Woww... mam...superb receipe... yess.. its very very hot... u rightly said.. the raw vadam also would taste very yummy... so crispy vadam... i will surely try... i remember when mom used to make papads. The papads were kept on the terrace for drying.. & .. i was given the job of taking care ... well.. few used to go in my stomach.. 😁😁😁.. u brought back these fond memories mam...i miss my mom a lot... thk u so much mam.. luv u.. 😘😘😘

    Gita mam, my MIL first cooks/ reduces the ground rice paste over flame in a kadai, then applies it on plastic sheets and allow it to dry under sun for 2-3 days
    This method seems easier

    Thank for your Receipes love all your Receipes.
    Do we have to put oil on leaf ?
    And if we don't put oil for plate,will it be difficult to remove it?
    Many receipe show no fermentation of batter,
    Does after fermentation it tastes sour?
    How long it remains or shelf life of papad?

      No need of oil on leaf, for plate just put only a drop-off oil . Fermentation gives a good taste it will stay good for 6 months to a year
