  • In this video we show you how to make the traditional Rice vadam or Rice wafers .
    This is made in the summer months and can be stored for a year.
    Ingredients
    Raw rice 5 cups
    Sago/sabudana 1 cup
    Green chillies 3
    salt to taste
    Lemon juice
    Oil for frying

    Hello Geetha you had shown this one year back. Difference is here you have used dry powders .In the old post you had soaked sago and rice and perepared the paste.I used to prepare white chilli powder by blanching green chillies and drying in the sun ,later on it is powdered . We can use the powder whenever we want.Sandige will be white in colour.

    Hi mam, hope u r doing good..reminds me of my aajji who used to do this every summer...so yummy it used to be with mango pickle n dal ..also my aaji used to do with sandagi with some vegetable seeds n murmura n red chilli i guess
