Maami i have done kuzhambu vadam. One cup each thoor dhal, channa dhal, kaaramani, , urad dhal and paasi payaru. Soaked for 5 hours and coarsely grinded and dried for 5 days, but karinju poradhu,, what to do. Please reply..any wrong.. i used brown kaaramani not white.

Sago soaking time 3 to 4 hrs maximum. It takes around ten minutes for the quantity she said it has to be cooked till it is transparent. Hope this helps. Just add aval after switching off and mix well and leave till it cools
Now only I saw this episode. So I hope you wont mind my delay in replying. Put it on a table and keep the table right under the fan, in full speed. Next day turn the vadam upside down, and dry in the same way. You can dry till its done

Nice mam. But incrediantsa nisnga boxla podaradhay ella. So many times ask mam. Plse clear me my doughts. Sago soaking time enna. Adhu epadi boil aghum enbadhai solla villai . adhay polla avela mix pani ethana neyram adhai kalandhu vidanum adhayum solla villai. Quick finish why mam.
