How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost
But now I'm found
Was blind, but now I see
'Twas grace that taught
My heart to fear
And grace my Fears relieved
How precious did
That grace appear
The hour I first believed
Through many dangers
Toils and snares
We have already come
'Twas grace hath brought
Us safe thus far
And grace will lead us home
When we've been there
Ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun
We'll have no less days to sing God's praise
Than when we first begun
Amazing grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost
But now I'm found
Was blind, but now I see

I am Mexican, but I salute you and your fellow Europeans. Thank you for all the great blessings, knowledge, and beautiful art with which you blessed the world.
@@gab31282 How do Mexicans stand on Spanish, wondering as I am Australian and I am curious to know if Mexicans have a similar relationship to the Spanish as us Australians have with our colonising forces?
@@paraszt4269 We have a good relationship with the Spanish and hold no animosity or resentment toward them. Occassionally just like to tease them about their accent...Mexican humor.

I'm a soldier and honor my country by my choice.
I hope that someone plays this song during my funeral.
Greetings from Belgium.
if you support belgium, a country who has opressed the majority of its own people for a century, you're not worthy of this song
One can't choose honour.
@@korstjesantens2903 Even if you don’t agree with what Belgium’s government has done, have some fucking respect. He’s a soldier dutifully serving his country.

When I get caught up in my daily lives, I tend to forget the important crystal in my heart, “ I'm kept alive and loved by God ”, however just on listening to Amazing Grace leads me to remember that.

“ Amazing Grace” sung with bagpipes resonates devinely in my heart as if it was born from the womb of the Virgin Mary.
Today is the 17th year since my dad has passed away and the music still makes me cry and hope.....BIG THX!!
Amazing Grace was recorded by one of HM''s Scottish regiments in the mid-70s, and shot up to top the charts. It was featured on TV/Top of the Pops, in a video featuring an athlete (likely a soldier of the Regiment) performing on the parallel bars. It was so elegant..
I have sometimes inspirationally experienced that Amazing Grace’s melody sounds like voices from above the heaven.
It might be a blessing from God that “ listening to Amazing Grace” leads me to feel as if my soul has been purified.
In Christ your heart is pure as gold...
