This is the first ab workout I’ve done where I can feel it in my abs more than anything else. It’s also my first workout video I’ve ever watched by Lidia and I’m immediately subscribing. I feel better and energized but also sore in a good way! So excited to do more of her workouts!
When I feel like giving up on a painful exercise I start saying “Do you want abs?” And I do. So I say, “How bad do you want them?” “I want them bad” and keep repeating it and imagining myself skinnier and stronger.

Just completed 75th day of my belly workout excluding ten resting days! Definitely it helped my severe bloating problem also makes me feel light and have toned my abs and even rest of the entire body ! Now leg stretching for about ten to fifteen minutes !

i’ve never been able to consistently exercise, i always lose the motivation after a few days :( i’ve been trying to be consistent with lidia’s routines and my bf tells me that he’s seeing changes but i still feel that i’m too far away from my goal and it gets harder ;/ does someone know if this type of exercise will help me with weight loss? 💗
i feel like you got lazy with editing i can’t even see half the things your doing from the angle your at and we’re at the whole time and you don’t even have the workout labeled
