You should get Mel Robbins on here to talk about getting diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.. she provided valuable information that helped me get a diagnosis.
Nick it’s not ideal to have that many children. At this time it’s too late you can just do the best you can. Idk why yall act like it’s not harmful to have that many kids spread through out. Don’t beat yourself up too much just do the best!
I hate reading story books and I forget what I read after 2 pages too, but i thought it was because I am multisensory aphantasic, and also maybe level 1 autism; screening test said prob level 1 autism. So i dont read story books, but i love reading everything else, like health articles and comments online.
