I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got addicted to alcohol. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

And you have more money in your pocket. God bless everyone who has rejected the devils intentions to be addicted to alcohol and cigarettes etc which can cause so much damage to health. I will pray for you all.

    20 NO-NOs:
    1. Orange juice (solution: Εat the whole fruit),
    2. Hitting a ball with your head (he probably means every kind of "sport" during which you may hurt your head) ,
    3. Sugar,
    4. Caffeine,
    5. Nicotine,
    6. Marijuana (all drugs),
    7. Loneliness,
    8. Having low levels of omega-3 (He says fish-oil but I strongly and passionately suggest vegan DHA from algae as most fish-oil is full of contaminants and oxidation),

    10. Ts toxins,
    11. Alcohol,
    12. Mercury,
    13. Unobvious toxins during anaesthesia,
    14. Barbasol shaving cream,
    15. Automatic negative thoughts,
    16. Unprocessed trauma,
    17. Untreated psychiatric stuff (he does not mean to treat it only with medicine. There are natural ways too),
    18. Media time and screen time (shrinks our brain, leads to depression, anxiety, ADHD, obesity, addiction, low self-image issues, mental health problems, even suicide)
    19. Hating yourself and thinking that you are not enough and...
    20. Comparing to others and thinking that everybody is better than you.

I do intermittent fasting (16:8 minimum) which makes a huge difference to how I feel. It greatly reduces my aches, pains and brain fog but when I add a cup of black coffee with cinnamon I feel these effects so much more. It also enables me to control my appetite just enough. Plus as the mother of a 3 year old who often wakes me up at night, broken sleep often gives me a headache which always starts slowing and grows throughout the day. That one cup of coffee kills my headache dead, so much more efficiently that any painkillers.
I’m also addicted to my mobile phone, particularly shopping (or at least browsing) and REALLY need to tackle that because it makes me feel awful.

What a wonderful life to live, maybe reach 100+ and be bored to death, my ancestors on my mothers side all live to 90+, on my fathers side they die at 70.
The ones on my mothers side drink alcohol, eat sweets and cakes, drink a lot of coffee, not so on my fathers side.
No diabetic on either side, my mother and father have been working at screens for the last 30 years. they are 78&79 y.o now.

Yes, FRUIT, not (man-altered fruit juice). We used to squeeze oranges for juice. Sugar is always bad for you; unfortunately, it is Very addictive and one can only quit cold-turkey (although exercise helps while doing this). Did you know that Gingko fruit has a strong putrid smell? Our town planted a female Gingko tree; I wonder how long until someone steps on a ripe fruit! I'll take exercise instead of Gingko, thank you. Omega-3 is not a problem if you love to eat sardines; unfortunately, I cannot eat fish, so I settle for a high-quality fish oil. As for Brain Trauma, I tried to keep up with my husband and rode a motorcycle. I am NOT an athlete and suffered two concussions. Stupid, yes! The motorcycle was not injured! Everything seems partial here. For example, he recommands Omega 3 supplementation... Ok, but without talking about omega 6 reduction. Lowering Omega 6 is important when taking Omega 3, because they share the same enzyme to be used by your body. If you are high on Omega 6, you won't get any benefit from Omega 3 supplementation.
The simplest way to get the effects of Omega 3 is to cook low processed foods and use a neutral fat source to cook such olive oil (which is mostly Omega 9 and doesn't change the O3-O6 ratio).

Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice is one of the healthiest foods (in season, local, organic). It doesn't require stomach acid. Watermelon is probably the healthiest breakfast as it has the fiber and also doesn't trigger stomach acid (the enzymes reach the lower digestive tract). I soak organic lemons and limes in water and only drink the yellowy resulting tea. I only use raw sugar (1-2 tsp per day in my coffee). Homemade hot sauce is super healthy and easy to make.

Too much sugar damages the brain in a similar way to aging. Must we stop both aging and sugar consumption Even though many researchers are studying this topic, there is still a disconnect between what we know and what we do. This is evident in the fact that 70% of people are overweight and 42% are obese, despite knowing that sugar is bad for them. Andrew Huberman is the first person I've seen to address this gap. He emphasizes the importance of baseline dopamine for goal achievement.

It’s my understanding that people with diabetes are the ones that need to watch out for this but I haven’t found any peer reviewed research that shows a correlation between blood sugar spikes and blood vessel erosion for non-diabetics. I haven’t even found peer reviewed studies that show a correlation between blood sugar spikes in non-diabetics and decreased circulation, heart concerns, or brain health. So I guess I’m asking if (using Dr. Amen’s example) having 6-10 ounces of orange juice once a day or occasionally is as detrimental to brain health and circulation as Dr. Amen says. Let me know!

I think some of his advice, particularly about nutrition, needs to be tempered by mentioning the aspects of life/society/disabilities that can make it more difficult to follow said advice. For example, the existence of poverty and food deserts should be acknowledged along with stating that eating lots of processed or fast food is not ideal. Some people simply do not have the option to buy things like fresh produce simply because it is not an available and/or affordable. Or that things like dental hygiene can be very difficult to maintain for someone with ADHD or even depression. Most of his advice definitely sounds like a good goal to shoot for but it can definitely come off as intimidating and gives a bit of an impression that if someone does not succeed at all of these things that they’re a failure, regardless of their circumstances. Maybe he mentions this in his other work, but just thought it should be mentioned. Nevertheless, it’s always good to aim for a healthier lifestyle!

I found this quite able-list. For autistic people, screen time helps with regulation and maintaining dental hygiene can be challenging. Also telling someone with depression that it doubles their chances of getting Alzheimer's will only make them more depressed??

Chronic THC use does effect brain blood flow but CBD actually increases brain blood flow!

I think also it's a matter of dosage. Most people that study Marijuana study chronic and heavy users. Having a low dose of THC in 5 to 10mgs has been a game changer for my pain and mental health. I can actually feel the blood circulation to my brain improving. But many take up to 500mgs of thc daily. Way to high. It's all about moderation.
