I noticed my body was weird after the vaccine…. I always told people there isn’t enough research for this vaccine to be considered safe… sadly I had to get it because I’m in the medical field and I’m just starting my career, I’m a intern at a trauma center. I’m glad though that my family members did not get it though. The after effects are just weird .
Quit drinking and smoking pot, wear blue light glasses, prioritize sleep, worry enough to prevent accidents, but don’t worry so much that you are constantly stressed. Hmmmm. Time to get to work on improving my brain. Thanks for the awesome episode. Thankful that I felt healthy and didn’t take shots I didn’t need. You two are my favorite. You always ask exactly what I want to know, and Dr Amen is amazing.
Bet they can test if someone is a psychopath since they can see if someone has empathy in their brain, I would actually love if you two did a segment going over psychopath, sociopath and other cluster b
Yeah and it’s called the dark triad personality test I have literally tested friends I thought were psycho and then cut them off when the quiz affirmed that

I'm sick of living with it. M.D.s are the worst when it comes to accepting anything but what they learned in school. You are a huge disappointment though. I started watching you years ago and stopped because it was more of an infomercial than something for the greater good. So sad.

Dr. Amen, are you saying if we don't scan our brain, we cannot heal ourselves ? What about reading your books, "change your brain, change your life" and the other one" your bran is always listening", can we be helped reading them or what ?
