@@NateBowerfitness I train in ITF taekwondo and often the hands can be neglected. A training session like this is great for all levels and is solid on fundamentals. I’m big on fundamentals. The structure kept me in line and stopped me from blowing the gasket and made sure the work to rest ratios were adequate and that I trained with intent. Very efficient
