Just finished This work out after taking a 3 month break. I have to admit that I got gassed out after starting round 3. I also tried your 12oz gloves for the first time and I have to say that they are a little to small for my hands wrapped, I had to forced them in and strap them with my mouth since I couldn’t do it after getting the first one on.
I love your content in videos but wouldn’t training with your hands higher be more beneficial , seems like you can hold them a bit low at times when in throwing combos , big fan just looking for the why from a pro
