    You are dead right. I used to go to sleep around midnight n had to get up at 6 am. Felt washed out every morning. I trained myself to switch off the phone at 9 pm, do my bedtime rituals and soon I found it easy to do. Discipline n consistency most important for everything.

    Much needed piece of advice. Thanks a lot. I would like to meditate pray and give gratitude for 5 minutes before sleep and as soon as I wake up. I am taking up this to discipline myself..

    Hi Luke.. love you for inspiring me always. I would like to start with not watching mobile 1 hour before bedtime. If I am watching mobile before bedtime, it is like my mind doesn't want to go to sleep, even if my body wants to do so

    Hi Luke. I am consistent in other things but there is one issue with the exercise. As I have sleep problem (I have been working hard to improve it) sometimes I cannot wake up early in the morning & I miss my work out. Can you please suggest how to be consistent in such scenario?
