    Excellent, Luke. Yes, 'homeostasis' is simply 'balance'. Inner Speech, those silent conversations that take place within ALL human beings throughout time, is CRITICAL in shaping our lives. The mass of people on this planet are unaware of this existential truth. All ancient holy scriptures of all major religions talk about this in symbolic stories and parables. And why is this so very important, our inner conversations? Because what we 'say' inwardly is heard and acted upon by the all-powerful 'subconscious mind', the very power generator of our lives for positive or negative!!! In short, our life experiences are literally 'created' by our 'deep' mind (subconscious) by what one continuously says within. Thus anyone who is seeking to live more consciously and be the 'deliberate' creator of a wonderful life (health, wealth, happiness, etc., etc.) MUST begin to be MINDFUL of one's inner speech (our inner most thoughts, beliefs, convictions) and start the journey of changing our inner dialogue (how we've been 'programmed' to think and believe) to more conscious and consistent positive thoughts about ourselves and life. One can take ALL the external actions in the world to 'change', but unless the inner mind is first changed....NOTHING will work....period! We have the power to change dramatically, within us, as Luke is always saying, but it is up to the individual to do so. As is said in the Old Testament (I don't recall the Book) of the Bible, 'By your word are you justified and by your word are you condemned.' In short we create our own 'reality'...we do it to ourselves. SO, think GOOD about yourself, your dreams, and life....consistently! To do this, it simply requires committed 'practice'. With the Universe (GOD), ALL things are possible.

    My opinion is that Omega-3 gave me a better ability to detach from being inside the problem to being more able to say at the same time "I am okay". It's a new ability to stay calm and stay in the action instead of being angry, or frightened, or to freeze, or to procrastinate. It helps also with continuity of action through obstacles.

    Hey Luke
    Could you please make a video on curing nauseous or pukish feeling during stressful situations? I get this feeling even when I am exposed to something new or not familiar to me.
    Foods which cause this the most are whey protein, Eggs and peanut butter. But as you have told it could be due to low stomach acid and poor gut health. So I am taking steps by watching your vids for these as well.
    But the issue has not completely gone.
    So can you Please cover this.
