The part I like from this is that we only do what we are inspired to do and when something is of actual value to us, we do it anyway. We don't need "motivation" then. This means to me that what needs motivation is not worth doing, it is not really me, and it is going to drop away anyway eventually! We only need to acknowledge it.

If I don't do feel wierd, specially I can't following up my routing I feel so boring life, stressful,hide my self, I lost alartness my routing, let go my goal, it is never happened before but now raraky hard to follow up a continue a week.
I missed 2or 3 days something like tired,moodless,or sick... I know if am Strong I can follow my routing bcz I like to wake up and follow routing rather then stay on bed.even I am on bed I am thinking something not sleeping..feel bed why I waste mental energy to think rubbing stuff Instantly wake up, walk, meditation... Side hustle work to do which on a lot of list....
Also I am looking how person development build myself.
