Luke and Revant - excellent work! Grateful for people like you in our world.
I think for a bigger impact, some form of collaboration and team work is needed amongst the different sectors of health change makers - health coaches, nutritionist, the food industry challengers like Revan, the organic farmers, the health food stores, the awakened doctors, the school educaters, the influencers etc.
“If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together”. African Proverb.

I've seen Revant's being hated online ( also by some Dr.s ! ) for speaking against shit packed foods. Their explanation is in moderation it's fine .. how to explain this to people who can't draw a line and know about moderation and here it's so much better to completely abstain than to talk about moderation at all.
Firstly : Moderation is a highly loosely used word. The dictionary meaning is 'in a way that is reasonable and not excessive'. If we have so much ignorance about food due to lack of nutrition education then how is one to decide what is reasobable and what is excessive?. Nowhere is it listed what moderation means when it comes to food and food ingredients. One person's moderation is "I only have 1 glass of coke a day" . Another person thinks it is moderate if "I have only one glass of coke in a month". So doctors saying "In moderation" makes no sense. Most doctors themselves have not had any education in nutrition. So they idea of moderation might even be wrong.
Secondly: Holistic health needs to be considered. In moderation one might be having only one coke a week, however not doing any exercise or sleeping in time etc. Then even that one coke a week eventually will have negative impact on the body. Toxins will accumulate over time.
Abstaining is never a good idea. Craving remains. Rather replacing with healthier equallt satisfying option is the way to get people to change. Eventually the craving will drop.
@@ansuyakhoosal103 Quite elaborated ! .. I'm extreme in my ways so abstaining completely has always helped me more than finding alternatives ! Maybe the methodology you've described might work much better for the majority .. Thanks !
