That all depends on , what rpm and N/A or what power adder you run . On turbos with peak rpm kept around 6000 a number of guys have made over 1,000 flywheel Hp , stock cast pistons and all . I wouldn't push it that hard if I wanted it to live a longer life . If you are doing N/A keep it under 7,000 rpm and use a light piston. Nitrous I would keep it 6500 or under and 200 shot or less , high boost 6,000 rpm . 1 thing to know is . . . If you want a good set you will probably have to start out with 2 sets and pick the ones that are the best . They can be drilled off center on the small end and can be very thin on one side . That's what you watch out for .
@@blueovaldude ok, sounds good. right now i have a 100% stock 94 351 that im gonna use as a mild 450hp ish build up for my foxbody. so i should be safe with the stock rods. thanks for the input.
