- Today I visit Two Pattaya Cafes, One has decadent offerings while the second has healthy treats. We take a look and sample both of their amazing and unique menu items. Although these are lesser known in the area, both are totally worth a visit and have something different from the day to day same cafe fare found elsewhere.

The apple pie was a work of art. The sinless products looked great. I would go to sinless everyday to see the owner. She is GORGEOUS!! And had a GREAT personality!!

Her food looks great. Fantastic concept too. I’ve noticed so many overwight westerners are always telling 50 kg thais what is and what isn’t healthy. If a treat is 200 calories instead of 600 calories it all helps.

The healthy food pastry/cookie shop looks delicious, we all need to expand our taste horizons. Healthy choices doesn’t have to mean tasteless cardboard, especially when it’s made with great ingredients. That apple pie looked amazing!
That piece of pie would have cost you about 12.00 here in US..
In Ireland a Croissant like that cost you €7.5 and the pie easily 6

The two cafes are now on my bucket list. I am definitely sampling the almond cookies and avocado smoothie without even the added stevia. All the snacks look so good.
Im english but i love these paddy pubs used them in Bangkok every trip, im sure an old irish friend , mr joyce will visit when hes in town. cheers

I love that Sinless logo , for the cafe it makes sense, on the other hand Pattaya Sinless 🤣🤣🤣she’s a real nice lady, the healthy option will always be a winner in my book. With the other place I do like a good croissant 🥐 I would have had a ham and cheese one with butter and of course a slice of that apple pie 🥧 🙏for the video Lucas 🌟👍

If the almond bar was sinless, that croissant later in the video was sinful. Wow, that looked so dang good!

Can see myself visiting both places. But damn that apple pie looked fantastic & the healthy shop had a wonderful selection of items.

Brau Haus german restaurant on second road... After a fine Weiner Schnitzel, salad, fried potatoes, then some nights they have apple pie and a coffee after dinner on a warm but not too hot night outdoors.

Yes, stevia is not artifical
I stand corrected. It is not artificial unless you consider that humans developed its use as a concentrated substance that is from a plant. It was shown to be carcinogenic in the past and banned until corporate America fought against the ban. It should give some warning to anyone who believes it is good for your health. In general, I stay away from sugar substitutes. The body has not evolved to process these chemicals. Even fructose is known for health problems and that is a natural sugar. Sucrose is bad as well because it is consumed in an unnatural concentrated form. Solution: reduce sugar intake.
You think about it. The government permits cigarettes to be sold but banned this substance. Either the government is totally corrupt or there are serious problems with this sweetener. I am no expert in terms of food studies, but this is a serious red flag. I have learned to stay away from any new food products or drugs.

Come to find out, they gave the lab rats huge quantities that humans would never ingest and In 1998, the International Agency for Research on Cancer declared that the mechanism through which saccharin led to the development of bladder cancer in mice did not apply to humans. Imagine that, it wasn't a corporate conspiracy after all. I consider myself a lab rat too. I've drank a 6 pack a day of tab and other diet sodas that contained saccarin since the early 70's and i'm still around.
