Thai’s are incredibly sociable people they love company, i know my Thai wife misses the company of other Thai’s & loves to entertain & look after our friends as we are by the grace of God in a fortunate position.
Nice to have a friend that invites you along to things. Nice for Vee to have her friends come along. It makes this trips fun.
I like to know how he can afford to take care of all that go on these excursions with him. It may be cheap over there but he is the only one paying for all to have a good time and it is adding up

You are so lucky living a great life. I was stationed in bangkok after Vietnam for 1 1/2 years and vacationed there for 45 years. wish I could go back but poor health holds me back. Envy you. Stay safe.

If you want a real treat, grill the pineapple, but make a marinade of warm water, brown sugar, and a touch of cinnamon. Get the pineapple warm and brush it with the marinade and let it cook until it browns slightly. Amazing flavor. Marinade should be runny, and not too thick.
It's called Sternos . We use them in hotels or catering to put under a chaffing dish.

A real nice place Lucas, I like the different budget places that you show us in your videos. It gives people a good insight to what’s available to them when they go on vacation to the area. planning on vacationing in Pattaya next year. ill be going by myself. first retirement vacation. i just want to see all the sights the beach, the downtown, the redlight area but mostly just relax and enjoy myself. please give me some pointers and is language going to be a problem outside the redlight, i'd like to venture out a little.

Very nice villa , that’s the sort of place I would be happy to call it my permanent home . The pool could be a tad bigger but I could live with it . I’ve been looking at property in Thailand for over a year now , once this virus has calmed down we will be coming over from Vietnam . I’ve got to sell it to my wife , but you get so much more for your bucks than you do in Vietnam. Thanks for the journey.

For 450k USD you could be 2 very nice homes in Thailand with land! Those townhomes are way overpriced in my opinion.

This is actually really compelling: it's like a "Tuscan" twist on the generic Thai neighborhood. I'd be interested (still not interested in purchase) but, what these might rent for (long term). Na-Jomtien is an area I'd be interested in staying long term. Great find !!!

Turning the subject to masks...last week, when Vee cashed in her lotto winnings, she was wearing a mask that my wife thought was beautiful. Any idea how we in the states can get a hold of these? Maybe (you and) Vee can start a side business!!! 🤔🤣 Stay safe.
We just get them at little kiosks around at the mall, generally 3 for 100 baht
