- WELCOME BACK! In today's video we take a look at just how far the bike has come in one year of ownership. How many of you have joined me on this journey? ðĪðĪ
My favourite looking setup was the drag bar setup with the bar end mirrors. However I've got that setup on the side ready to swap over easily whenever I feel like a change.
The 4" Noy Custom Ape bar setup with these fork mounted mirrors makes for a clean upright look which I also love, but is a close 2nd.
So this video shows the install of 41mm fork mounted mirrors! ðĪ
I purchased them here - Motorcycle Aluminum Rearview Side Mirror For Sportster XL883 XL1200 883L 2004-2019 2018 Series Models for 38-41mm forks

The K-Speed mirrors can be found on the www.kspeed.net website under Honda Rebel 500.
If you have any questions about parts on my bike, please search my video history for the relevant video and then read the description of that video.

Well done! I really like the style of your bike. Just got mine 3 weeks ago (2012 model S) and i plan to add some of the diablo parts as well. I really enjoy your contend. Please keep posting new videos.
Thanks I appreciate that. 2022 same as mine, all my mods will apply to yours too ð
Thanks for this, did the exact combo of mirrors on my bike together with an 8" bars from Takumi and side mounted cluster. Perfect style=)
@@BobbysCycles I still have these mirrors at home, in case I buy another cruiser ð
Danke!
Thank you for the offer. I let all the businesses pay me by adsð
Noticed how your view count dropped after you finished modding your rebel. Might I suggest modding lower cc models instead? like an xsr155, it's a pretty good canvass. Hope this helps, love your content!
@@shr1nkEXP I don't make videos for viewer count. I love the GSX S750 and make mods for those owners to be helpful. That bike is no longer made and is an enthusiasts bike rather than a leaner bike like the Rebel. The Rebel will always have a larger base as it is a much easier to ride bike for shorter people with no power.
Life is not about impressing people. It's about enjoying what you do and helping others in a similar situation. Thank you for watching my videos. I made them to help you as a Rebel owner. Please don't take this comment the wrong way ð
Do you by chance have a link to the mirror brackets that you have on the bike just before you show the fork mount bracket?
Hey mate with the fork mount mirrors, they would fit unless you remove the stock front indicators? Is that correct ? Otherwise that sleeve will be to thick and move ?
Cheers
@@Damzilla9 that's correct
Are you still happy with those small front indicator lights you use? I've looked at many options, but can't decide which might be best.
Yes they've been working flawlessly. I like the sleek profile of them
Hi love the bike. Do you still have it I know in one of your videos you mentioned that you was getting rid of it, if so will you sell some of the aftermarket parts
I do mate but I'm holding them to try something on my new bike. They were around $50 AUD. Linked in this video description.
Is that Cluster mount area even Legal? might check on that.
Haha. It is and it passed inspection.
Good to know. Kinda odd off to the side isn't it.
@@larryevans7224 not at all. Check the install video for it in my history and you will see the benefits of it
does the license plate holder use lock nuts? if not try those
A lock washer? It doesn't but that's a good idea. It doesn't use one from factory
Very nice! Love the look, very clean.
If youâre to do the mirror flip this is how to do it. Nice work as always!
Edit: not relatedâĶ are you still loving the YSS suspension. Seriously looking into this for mine.
Thanks mate! YSS has been perfect, no problems ð
looks nice and clean BUT i prefere your bike with the drag bars instead of that one. :)
I sold the bike half a year ago, but I preferrd the drag bars also. When you get older you have to preference your back as opposed to looks.
Belly pan looks bad ass!
