I made this mod today following you direction. I am very happy with the improved field of view (Convex mirrors and they are no longer blocked by my shoulders). Thanks a lot!
no problem, i found it to be a pretty easy job other than it was super hot when I recorded the video so I was sweating to death haha! I'm glad you found it useful though and thank you for the comment!!
Hey, boss! I just got the Rebel 1100 as my first bike.. I don't have any single tool for my motorcycle yet. Can you help me list out what are the most important stuff I need to get for the Rebel? I noticed you used a wrench @ 2:35 , may I know what brand that is? Thank youuu
There are two different length bolts used for the bracket to replace. The short bolt is 5mm x 12mm ( amzn.to/3u57Opc ) and the longer bolt is 5mm x 16mm ( amzn.to/3xWUcNR ) . Hopefully that helps, I'll also add it to the description of the video. Thanks!
How did you make you throttle side bar mirrors not move with the outside part of throttle and keep it stable I cant seem to make mine do or will it not?

Just bought a Rebel 1100 and wanted to do bar end mirrors. This "How To" video is much appreciated! Thank you, Subbed!
Thank you for this. Perfectly explained and the Amazon links are much appreciated. You took a lot of the guesswork out for others. All the best.
Nice! That really cleaned up the look! I like it!
Thanks William she really likes them.
Haha. This is exactly how I was thinking of doing it. So many people taking out the weight to do it, but why?!
Thank you for confirming it works!
Spanner and Allen key here in Aus. Good video. Got my rebel 1100 here ready to go when I upgrade my licence in a week.

Nice looking bike. We are about to fit the same mirrors on a friends bike.
Exactly what I needed! Mind providing the product/link for the black screws instead of the provided dainty screws?
Sure, I'll post them in a reply to you later today. Thank you for the feedback!

Nice video
👍
What were the size of the black screws you used to replace the flimsy ones?
He has the list all of the bolts he used on his video info description.
Will the spacers keep the mirror from moving while riding?
yes, the mirrors are quite solid while riding.
I’ve been away for a while. What happened to the Ninjas?
oh we still have them! just added another bike is all ;) Take care and thanks for the return visit Richard!
Aren't the mirrors blocked by your own wrists/arms when you're gripping the handle bar?
I was wondering that. Wouldn't it be better to put them above the bars instead of underneath? 🤔
Ha Ha! $180 for a pair of dinky mirrors! I think I could get used to the stock mirrors.
jokoy?
Damn for that much $ I'm just gonna flip mine.
