Factories just can’t get the tracker thing quite right for the road.
I like Guys best at no 3 , mainly because it looks least like the standard Honda Rebel!
Like his stuff anyway and met him at motorcycle live a couple of years ago, love his enthusiasm.

Thanks for doing a deeper dive on the bikes! I saw some pictures but couldn't find any specs.
I think my fav was the Mallorca Moto but I would put the Vance and Hines on it.
Also really like the Lucy (the color worked for me, but I would go with a short rear fender)
And the Sport was super cool, once again I would go with the V & H.

Definitely the 4four by Guy Willison. He has a real flair for custom bikes, his 5for design always look right.
The Five four bike was the only one that really resolves the terrible looking stock tank. That’s a bike I’d ride!
I had a CB175. I don"t recall it looking anything like that Rebel.
The Rebel looks much nicer.

The red one with the woody grips and the three french ones, and of those the Sport as number 1. The first two wasn't much of a build.

Guy's bike from 5four looks excellent, as do they all, the tank I believe is an old 750/4 tank that was cut to fit.
Street tracker or gold & White Rebel couldn't decide which of those two. All nice and that Rebel 500/100 what a great platform to begin with.

the French company FCR has really nailed it with their new tank - it absolutely transforms the lines of the bike from stupidly ugly (thought about pulling that punch but frankly would not be caught dead on a stock Rebel) to classically attractive (seriously, can you buy that tank from FCR? it would make ALL the difference to some of us).
Larry, my thought exactly! i love my 500, but a bigger tank like that would be awesome.
FCR knocked out the tank, and 5 Four knocked out the bike. Hopefully these will show Honda that they can do something to make the Rebel just not so fugly.

Rebel 500. Excellent bike. Honda quality. I ride it from 2017. Cannot change it. Perfect for me. Light and reliable. Honda please send Highness 350 to Europe. We wait for it..

You gotta look at Thailand's custom Rebel 500 there are some great bodykits and mods I've seen online. But that 5-4 Street Tracker looks amazing.

The Guy Willison is my favourite, but even though I like and work with wood myself, I’m not sure about the grips.

Late to the party here, I know, but Guy’s tracker wins this hands down for me! I’ve never been able to see past the horrible fuel tank on these bikes - maybe that’s partly why for me, Guy’s entry looks so good! A lot of effort made, which is more than can be said for some of the others.
I'll take The Sport (No. 8) thank you very much. Would've added the Burly Brand Stiletto shocks to add to the black/red accents and also black headers and slip-on.
My favorite is the Lucy. My second place goes to Maanboard.
They're all cool looking but the ikono is my favorite.
I agree with earlier comment that FCR have nailed it with their tank. Also their bikes were probably my picks. Honda should change their tank for the FCR and sales must increase.
The Mallorca Moro had my vote. It’s both risky and stunning. I appreciate the radical styling and continuity in the design language.
Also if you look from the front of the 🏍 the tachometer looks like the face of General Grieves from Star Wars. 😂 #justsaying

That tank looks like it came off of a Honda CX500 cruiser (I forget what they called that version). Late 1970’s bike
Ive always thought that that the Honda Rebel was a bit meh, an insipid factory "custom". Seeing where you can take it it seems I should reconsider. My bad!
Definitely a couple of Jizz Machines in that mix.
For the third bike I'm looking for some shocks with that same amount of height for mine. But I can't find any.

Honda Garonda stayed close to the original theme while adding color pop. The best thing they did was clean up the HORRIBLE rear fender brake light/license holder!
The Sport from FCR is also very nice.
Custom CB650R would be nice!

A friend of mine had a cb175 and can not see a single thing that is similar.
I'm Portuguese and on the one hand I do like to see builders from my country getting chosen (although I suspect that the reasons why they were chosen weren't due to merit, but that's a conversation for another day...), but what they delivered is very much subpar compared to the rest. A paint job and an end can, for as good as it might look and sound, isn't a build and that's shows immediately when the first UK build is shown. You have to remember that Portugal very much favours nepotism over merit and skill.

You get the idea and I've also ridden motorcycles for quite a while now so I know who the "players" are, how they overlap and why is a motorcycle dealership like Motoveiga posing as a "builder". For starters it's from Braga, i.e. the town of the dirty scam... *_erm_* "noveaux riche", where you have the highest concentration of Ferraris and Jewellers per square kilometre and the people there like to LARP as anything that's "the new trend" and the new trend in Portugal is surfing and cafe racers. Too bad they actually suck at both.

Yeah honda kinda forced this build off with a very poor base (the rebel). The rebel is a great bike, but it really isnt a custom build base, which is somethat yamaha does far better with their xsr or mt series

Give me a Yamaha SCR/Bolt 950 as a canvas... check out the 'Copper Bolt'(mining slang for a turd) on here...builder probably didn't know before naming it! :)

I got one thing from this video, Honda Rebel is a bad platform for customizing.
Surfing: oh dear. Rebel 1: looks awful; Rebel 2: looks better; Rebel 3: too different. Not a cruiser; Rebel 4: don't like the tail-end. Or the forks; Rebel 5: horrible; Rebel 6: don't like the back mudguard or the handlebars; Rebel 7: horrendous exhaust; Rebel 8: looks good apart from the rear mudguard; Rebel 9: ditto about the rear mudguard; Rebel 10: horrible. As you've probably picked up, I like the OE design best.
I like the third one mainly for it's flat tracker looks. It's actually my favourite.

@@user-sw2lv3zp6o The MT-01 SP is on my shortlist for my second motorcycle, but I might go with an s1000r. Either way, money still needs to be saved for that "endeavour" and my top pic so far is the Indian FTR1200 Race Replica. I am basically in love with the everything of that bike.
@ My MT-01 is a 2011 orange/silver one with 20,000 km. I bought it in 2016 in Estoril with 3,350 km on the clock.
