Thanks for hanging out with me today! Have a beatiful day and let me know how your jump roping journey goes 🌻
I forgot to mention some of the other really important benefits of jump roping. My resting heart rate is 48, and has been that way for my entire adult life. It's GREAT for your heart. It's also SO healthy for your lymphatic system. The only way to pump your lymph system is through exercise. I keep three jump ropes at all times, one in my car, one in my home, and one in my gym bag. I never skip a day becasue it makes me feel that good. Let's normalize jump roping in parking lots on a random Thursday afternoon haha.🌻
so you have not been sick in 15 Years?
I haven't watched this channel in years, but yeah you're still hot, even with the mustache
What happened to the audio? There's only the backing track, can't hear you speaking?
Love it! I have been jumping for 47 years...daily! Along with lifting. I am 73 years old, still jumping, and feel amazing.
This is one of the best jump rope videos I’ve come across. I love jumping rope, it’s my main exercise because I can’t lift weights anymore. Such a great full body workout!
So proud of your fitness journey! 💪 I have been jumping for the last 5 years, and I feel better than ever!
Amazing message! This video is done really well to have some really solid impact for people! Love your stuff!
Amazing tutorial, Lean! 🔥 greetings from Kansas!
I knew a guy back in the day that lost a ton of weight jumping rope! He looked amazing!!! I love jump rope but I can't find a good one. I need to research some good ones cause you motivated me to start again! I have a super cheap plasticy one that has no weight to it!!! Awesome video!!!
I was literally thinking, “I should start jump roping tomorrow morning”, and then you said it. It’s going to be a great day.
Osteoporosis runs in my family. I bet this is very good for bone density too. Thanks for the video!
Very good point! So this would make it a really important workout for women 🤔 as we are more at risk of osteoporosis.
It IS!! Absolutely!
Looks like fun. Probably good for cardio but I was wondering about impact on the joints. I do some rebounding but it is not convenient when travelling.
Funny thing is im actually gonna start jumping rope tomorrow ! 🤣 have you ever tried weighted jump ropes ? first time hearing about the dynamic squat jump btw o; I never thought id find a tutorial cool and interesting about that topic haha ! Happy jump roping !
The close up saying “ one injury” cracked me up Lol i would hope i get better at jump roping as an exercise ! im so aqward ! Lol can you link the one you have ?? 😊
I never knew there were levels to jump rope! I bought one a long time ago but I wasn’t able to get into it. You inspired me to try again! I’m getting bored of just the stair master before my workouts anyways 😂
Thank you Brenda! I will try it out
Thank you!!!🫶🏾
I've been jumping rope at least 1x a week since April. However, I was planning on jumping daily while I'm out walking. I love it so much!!!❤
You are awesome! You started some gym workout videos for each month. Do you have any workouts to do at home that change up the routine each month?
how long of a jump rope should I get? Excited to start!
This was very helpful, thank you.
I just turned 36. I want to get to where I'm jumping rope every day. Complete beginner. Wish me luck.
I had my hip replaced last year. I was told jarring movements might not be great. Thoughts on that? I’d love to.
Hi Angela,
My first thought is that I'm sure you'll be able to enjoy jump roping, but I'd wait awhile. A year might be too soon. Have you tried rebounding? That might be a better alternative for you while you're letting your hip fully heal.
"just spend 20 minutes while you first start out"
um never do 20minutes of jumping when you first start out. You will destroy your shins, ankles, knees, feet and end up on the couch.
2-3 minutes max of total jumping, EVERY OTHER day
do that for at least a month
NEVER try double unders when you first start out. You will have to jump higher and that will destroy your shins, ankles, knees, feet and end up on the couch.
Don't do any tricks for the first month.
Solid advice. I wrecked my knees when I first started. As soon as I got through that I wrecked my shins. I'm 4 months in and jump rope daily but my shins still aren't right. Super tender. I'm hoping to work through it eventually. Ankle strength has increased and cardio has improved drastically though.
Love this thank you!!
Jump rope commands being doing it over 3 yrs since the pandemic and it's great, do it 4x a week 20 mins each time before training or it's the only exercise I do
Will try at home gym again.
I'm sending this link to my cousin who can do the first kind of jump easily --- I think she would enjoy it!
I jump rope for 6 month's and I look and feel grate..😍
Will jumping rope give one guns shoulders and a back like that?! Looking strong as your first TH-cam video all those years ago.
No. You need to train those muscles and have a very clean diet
Can u recommend a shoe for me to use for jumping rope? I am 63 & want to start jumping (I used to jump in school as a kid). I need something that won’t hurt my forefoot/ metatarsals b/c that’s where I have problems if I don’t have the right cushioning
Brooks adrenaline
OK how about this. You go to dinner with me, I will start doing this jump rope routine.
That just looks like fun!
It Is a blast!!
I’m getting a jump rope. thank you
Thank you so much
You are one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen.
I agree, poster child for Natural Beauty Inside and Out!!!

I had no sound
No problem with sound, very clear. Hope the problem gets fixed. Invaluable information from Brenda!!!
Great video, it really breaks down not only the benefits of jumping rope but the definitely techniques. I'm thinking about her coaching services for my Biohackers United channel since she's a natural teacher and especially into spiritual information, I can help you connect to the akashic records if you want.
