      Uncaged Human Your message is experiential and informative in nature with a light-hearted and humble delivery. A combination that's in short supply. I'm 41, married, with four kids and travel a lot for work so body weight work is where it's at for me as I spend a lot of time in hotel rooms. My goal is to continue enjoying my wife, kids and life for years to come and to achieve that I must remain functionally mobile. The work you do is extremely relevant in this area.
      Besides I was born and raised in Argentina, land of yerba mate. You were drinking it in one of your videos. It's an acquired taste not for the faint of heart 😉. I look forward to connecting with you next time I'm in Portland.

    Thanks for that helpful and inspiring video! Can you explane why you are able to squat with a straight flat tall back but your downward dog is not really unrounded, like mine, and I am not rudimentary able to squat as tall and straight like you...
