Roberto ...keep trying.im almost 60 and trying to. We can do this!! I was very inflexible but am now more flexible than all my coworkers. KEEP GOING. AGE IS Just a excuse.if we want it , even God will help us if we ask cuz we not hurting anyone!! Press on.

Roberto Saavedra It’s never too late, just keep stretching but not too much. You will get there, trust me.
