- Lemon Curd
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 eggs
Instructions
In a food processor blend sugar, butter, and lemon zest. Then add eggs and lemon juice and blend again. Pour into a small sauce pot and cook on medium low heat until thick and creamy. Pour through a strainer and store in the refrigerator.

I thought it was eggs yolks not the whole thing
both work. Egg Yolks only make it more yellow and "richer" Although her's looked pretty good
There was 0 reason for that food processor. And you’re not blending anything with those blades you could of done the same with a spatula.

@lifewithopc I used Monk Fruit. Then I did it again with Lemon & Pineapple where I used a little Stevia. The Stevia one were way better.

@@cassandrahuskey8866 just to make sure any lumps or cooked egg is removed and to ensure it’s smooth and silky.
