Realistic hipfire mechanism, gun moves from place to place to simulate the effect of recoil and its bullet does not spreading from barrel rather gun is kicking.
That's what I love about it. I hate it when most games tend to make rounds travel away from the muzzle at ridculous angles just because your head isn't behind the sights. The character is technically still shouldering the weapon in third person in said games so...
Hip fire and point shooting are two different things. Point shooting is shooting from the shoulder without using the weapon's sights. Games like this and EFT for example do not have a hip fire mechanic, they have point shooting, which is why it's far more accurate than "regular" hipfire.
@Solipsil It means the weapons are just as accurate in terms of mechanics as as they are when using the sights. So it's not hipfire where you have no control over where the bullets are going.
@EMIDEX Yeah, it is. Usually in a game hipfire makes the weapon inaccurate, with bullets exiting the gun at an angle. However the point shooting in tarkov is literally just as accurate as using the sights, there's no increase in spread or anything like that.

The problem is gameplay wise, the M1911 and the M45 tend to be the same stats wise, which will lead to people calling the M45 an M1911 clone. Battlefield 4 is an example.
I usually trust insurgency when it comes to model accuracy, but I have to ask, are the iron sights for most guns accurate? I saw a real Galil once and iirc the hole in the sight was so small I wondered how anyone could aim with it.
A lot of games with rear aperture sights have to use a bit of artistic license when modeling them. The real sights are tiny and would be hard to use in a video game, so they’re typically enlarged for visibility. This is most evident in games that feature the MP5 or G3, as the HK Diopter sight has a very small rear aperture. As for actually aiming the real things, it’s not difficult to see at all. From personal experience with the L85 I can say that yeah the sight is pretty accurate. They’ve flipped it irons to the night sights because the day sight is really small. I guess they switch to night sights so they can make it easier to animate the aiming.
Well the MG3 and M240 are in .308 which is a full size rifle cartridge. The PKM fires 7.62x54R which is larger than .308. The M249 has a very fast ROF which means that it’ll recoil more.

because shotguns aren't used a whoie lot in a military or security force, since their effective range is only about 100 meters, and are really only used for utility purposes such as breaching
I hope they add other weapons that I like to see such as a .357 Magnum, Desert Eagle, FN Five-seveN, USP, UMP, P90, HK433, ACR, AUG, P416, FAMAS, HK417, AWM, PSG-1, T-5000, Intervention, MG4, M60E4, RPK, NEGEV, Beneli M4, Mossberg 500 Blackwater, and DP-12. It’d be cool to see those groups get a little bit more love.( I don’t own this game yet btw I’m just going off the video so they may have had updates adding these guns)
Why do the guns click when the mag is empty? Im pretty sure in real life, guns dont click, some do, but not as loudly as shown here, correct me if Im wrong tho
They shouldn't click. They got that wrong here. Closed bolt firearms will click because of the bolt hold-open in some weapons, but the firing of the weapon drowns it out 100%. Maybe a machine could pick it up, but not human ears. If it's suppressed, it's still loud as fuck, but you can hear the bolt hold open a bit better. It's just an audio queue for players. They were probably not gonna include it, but did anyway to help out the more casual audience. I wish there was an option to disable it.
@@TheFirstCurse1 Hopefully they do because this game is pretty good, it will help the imersion if they remove the click sound for when the mag is empty
@@Saskas-qy3qq Still it does kinda ruin immersion. Especially if you have experience with firearms. Some might, but you'll never hear it unless it's like a Maxim 9 or a Welrod, of which I'm almost positive that the latter doesn't have that. But again, I could be wrong. From a gameplay standpoint it's fine for again, more casual gamers, or even competitive. People want quality of life, i.e. knowing when they are low on ammo or out. But it is unrealistic. A simple setting would solve all of that.
probably not, or it'll click just once if a gun has bolt hold open and you can hear it fall but strike nothing. They probably put that in to let players know when they're outta ammo, since its still a game after all.

because shotguns aren't used a whoie lot in a military or security force, since their effective range is only about 100 meters, and are really only used for utility purposes such as breaching
I know that’s over kill, but that’s just me.
nope
Ik this will come off as picky but I kinda wish there were a couple more shot guns, smgs, and pistols. For example: Spas-12, AA-12, Saiga-12, Deagle, 44 Magnum, Vector, P90, an MPX. It’d be cool to see those groups get a little bit more love.( I don’t own this game yet btw I’m just going off the video so they may have had updates adding these guns)
They added the Welrod
That M16A2 is beautiful
Speed up to 1,25 still fit very well
MG3 is just pure love
The gun sounds are so realistic, my grandpa started shooting the neighbour's
The famous MP5 slap
Guess you’re doing this again this update?
Can't wait for the console release.
When is it?

Would be nice if you change out the barrels of the LMGs.
Edit: Roleplaying Rambo at 18:53
should i buy this game ? Edit: Tigerfield you should make a new series like best weapons in a game for example best weapons in far cry 5
No stay away from it
Depends what yoh like
its good if you like realistic shooters.
@@AOIU982 i like realistic shooters maybe i'll buy it
thanks for all the responds guys !
This game is beautiful in all aspects, wish it was possible to play it in lower spec systems. Can not wait to have a desktop set up again
Dude you are nitpicking on a high standard, its one of the more realistic games on the market.
@@Saskas-qy3qq Still it does kinda ruin immersion. Especially if you have experience with firearms. I understand most people don't care but because of videogames, they are under the impression that firearms actually do this in real life.
Let me tell ya, the 240B recoil from the shoulder and even hip is way exaggerated
Really unit classified with rtx and viewmodel 2.0
I'm about to get a PC and I'm gonna play insurgency, main weapon suggestions?
Anti matter rifle for life
I've held a real M870 back when my mom was still a government service manager
Edit: Don't call an MK18MOD1 the MK18CQBR, that's what the MK18MOD0 was named.
I thought you owned one...
@@rumblingend8443 I didn't say I've owned one but I've held one, idk why but this shotgun in real life is actually lightweight when it isn't loaded.
@@ember5935 so that's why you only use the 416c
@@rumblingend8443 The 416 is heavier than the AR-15, that's why I use the 416C
@@ember5935 you don't even have access to the ar-15...
You have to update this video again soon!
Tigerfield Insurgency Updated the game, and added more weapons, make another video with new Guns Please
G36 & FN FAL in your vid are old animations tho.
The clicking of the gun after it's out of ammo is inaccurate
No it’s not
@@Deuces0810 Tell me, how isn't it incorrect?
Brandon Snodgrass the click is the hammer going forward and striking the firing pin but without any bullet for the firing pin to strike it just goes click
