I don't think so that milk and eggs help us to reduce fat.. Milk and eggs are both fatty foods which I reduced fully and loose my weight.. It's true but only 1kg..

I don't think so that milk and eggs help us to reduce fat.. Milk and eggs are both fatty foods which I reduced fully and loose my weight.. It's true but only 1kg..
Good thing I love my egg sandwiches then 😂 and I saw that milk and strawberry’s help so I went to make a small milkshake with a small homegrown strawberry, some banana, tiny bit of sugar- and when I mean small it weighed less then a gram 😂 and a splash of milk 🥛😌

Just know guys that it’ll take time to lose weight, just enjoy the process, eliminate the extra calories like chips (400-500 Cals per bag) burgers and fries (700-900) pizza (200-400 per slice) and like chocolate and candies (120-300) and replace them with berries, bananas, apples and vegetables, I suggest breakfast eat some sort of eggs with milk or berries, lunch eat chicken or tuna with vegetables, and dinner salmon or any other sort of meat, that’s for me because I like protein , and drink a protein shake after a work out too
