    Don’t over do it though. Staying in a caloric deficit is what’s mostly important. You can eat these things but make sure you lower the amount of calories you normally consume

      Same here. I look so gaunt, and unhealthy when I get into my healthy weight zone. When I put the weight on I look healthy in the face, but the rest of my body is not healthy, because of the weight i am putting back on, so I understand your situation completely

    I do a workout every morning, I eat oatmeal or eggs and salad on some days, for lunch I usually have a salad and a granola bar, and for dinner I eat soup or spaghetti or other foods but ones that don’t have a lot of fat.

      Hi!💜💜Can I ask if it's okay to drink 250 ml (a glass) of milk everyday for snacks? I drink UHT-processed milk and has 114 kcalories. I'm not really good at calorie counting and I just started last day 😅 I pair it with some biscuits (some are sweet) but I really made sure that I'd just eat small portions😅I eat rice and I don't cook my own dish, but I made sure that I'd eat less rice every meal than what I used to eat before. And i'll start vacuuming my stomach everyday tomorrow, and do as many jumping jacks as I can. I also started drinking about 6-8 glasses of water everyday last 2 weeks ago.
      I'd really like to hear some weight loss advice from you if you know anything 😄💖

    maybe add 1/2 cup of raspberries. 1/2 cup of strawberries. 1-4 cup of protein powder. 1/3 cup of milk. and 12 almonds to a smoothie. might be a great way to satisfy cravings and get tons of proteins and fiber. i’m no specialist but yea.

      Increase your cardio like running, jogging and stair climbing. Also try placing a yoga ball, a pillow or even a towel on the inner side of your knees and squeeze your legs together for 30 seconds at a time it really helps get rid of fat on your inner legs and thighs

    1.oil
    2.sugar
    3.milk

    I don't think so that milk and eggs help us to reduce fat.. Milk and eggs are both fatty foods which I reduced fully and loose my weight.. It's true but only 1kg..

    Good thing I love my egg sandwiches then 😂 and I saw that milk and strawberry’s help so I went to make a small milkshake with a small homegrown strawberry, some banana, tiny bit of sugar- and when I mean small it weighed less then a gram 😂 and a splash of milk 🥛😌

    Just know guys that it’ll take time to lose weight, just enjoy the process, eliminate the extra calories like chips (400-500 Cals per bag) burgers and fries (700-900) pizza (200-400 per slice) and like chocolate and candies (120-300) and replace them with berries, bananas, apples and vegetables, I suggest breakfast eat some sort of eggs with milk or berries, lunch eat chicken or tuna with vegetables, and dinner salmon or any other sort of meat, that’s for me because I like protein , and drink a protein shake after a work out too
