    Hello everyone! Week 10 let’s go! 😁 I just want to repeat that you can reduce the numbers on this EMOM from the beginning by competing x 10 of every exercise! This will allow for more rest however it is still a challenge! Also the spider push ups could be reduced to 4 reps as they are perhaps the most challenging! This isn’t about doing as on screen, it’s about pushing yourself to your limits!
    3 x rounds of ten minutes and you are done!!

      Seriously. I hated every minute of this! But….I did it. I had to pause it many times and that was even dropping my number from 10 to 5! 😢 Just when I think I’m starting to get in better shape, this workout comes along! 😂

    I feel personally attacked by this workout! I knew I was in trouble when it took me a full minute to do THE FIRST SET. Modified so much it didn't look like what was on the screen in the middle. Threw in some jumping jacks, took a break to write my will, cried for my momma etc. I'm not salty tho because I did push myself hard and now I know the strongest part of my body is by far the core. Thank you Caroline!

      I did the first round and had to pause it because I couldn’t breathe. And I thought ok I’m never gonna make it this way. I had to cut the reps down to 8 then 6 and I also couldn’t do 10 sets. I did all the reps for the abs but again only 6 sets and by that time was drenched. That was freakin brutal.

      same, I modified from the first round, but it's fine because we finished this workout which is an accomplishment in itself!👏

    OMG I didn't know how many pauses to catch my breath. I spent 1h30 to finish this but felt proud to myself, I didn't give up

    Definitely the hardest HIIT I ever attempted to do, had to modify the push-ups and numbers of reps in the first 2 sets, could only keep up in the abs sections without any modifications. 🔥🔥🔥

    Basically i did this workout my own style : lowbod : half burpee, alternating jumping lunge, squat jump
    Upperbod : half burpee, mountain climber, shoulder taps
    Abs : alternating hand to toe, bicycle crunches, crunch pulses

    This workout will humble ANYONE! Man or women. Caroline, this program has been absolutely AMAZING! You have certainly raised the bar on youtube fitness.
    I have seen incredible changes in my body composition since starting this program. Friends and family have also commented on me. To be honest though, its the mental shift that really impresses me. The feeling of being strong and capable, challenging myself to be better and the feeling of accomplishment trump body image. Now lets not get it twisted, i still love my new shape 😆. Seriosly though, thank you sooooooo much for this program and for showing us all how its REALLY done to bring about the most change. THANK YOU!

      Hi Caroline....of all the Sunday HIIT...this one has been the toughest one......it was a killer......amazing!!!! You are awesome..... I started this challenge with you and everyone else because I needed to be challenged....working out at home and on my own..... I never pushed this hard.... thank you so much for helping me get my fitness level and my strength back..... I used to think that I kicked butts with my workout but your workouts kicked mine😁😁😁.. and I loved it.....thank you once more.....much love to you and the community members❤❤

    Started from 10 reps, to 7, to 5, and finished with 3. At least I was able to finish 😂 I’m so proud of myself

    If you were trying to make me CRY 😢 you did it!!! My body can't do another burpee!!!! You are the best. I think this was hardest workout yet!!! Thanks my beautiful friend!!

      I agree! This in my opinion was so hard. I kept wondering"was Carolinr really doing all these reps". I am upset with myself for not doing better. I think that all the jumping right at the beginning made my head spin. Thank you so much for such an amazing workout each and every time.

    So proud of everyone here working so hard and keeping up with these workouts. Caroline has been challenging every muscle in my body but more importantly I’m grateful for what she’s done for my mental motivation, discipline, and health. There have been days where I didn’t wanna do it or reps I thought I couldn’t pull off. But I did it anyways and I never once regretted it. I always felt a fulfillment in being able to push my mind beyond what I thought I could do.
    So thank you, Caroline!
    From a momma of 4 who was just trying to shed a few lbs that 2020 put on me and rediscovered what I really needed to do to
    keep myself physically and mentally healthy and strong💖👍🏼

    I have followed every single one of these workouts! This was the first time I couldn't keep up... I tried so hard to be fast enough! Damn girl you are a superhero! I hope you come up with a new series soon! I'm going to miss these😢

    Many months ago when I started my Epic journey, I started to do this workout but could not get past 10 mins. It was the first and only time I had opted not to completed a workout in the program. I was exhausted and could not get through it. Fast forward several months later and having completed Epic 1(with the exception of Day 45), and all of Epic 2 and Epic Heat, I made sure to hold myself accountable and revisited this EMOM. I made it my own, as Caroline always says, and reduced the shoulder taps and the lunge jumps from 20 to 10. It was still no piece of cake, it was hard even though I completed harder Epic EMOM since then. Victory is mine today and I’m treating my self to a pat on the back and an iced shaken chocolate expresso. Thank you Caroline! Have a beautiful weekend everyone. 🤗

    I wanna share something after doing this workout :
    This was the hardest workout I have ever done if I didn't see Caroline doing I will assume that it was humanly impossible to do , I did my best to get through even tho I did half the reps I really feel like I failed in this day but I set a goal like 6 months from now I'll work hard and improve my fitness level to the point where I become capable to do this workout. Caroline is a big inspiration i hope I get to her level one day . And of course I wanna thank her for all the work she is doing she is incredible ❤❤🔥

    This one made me cry...one of the hardest workouts I ever did and I'm doing HIIT for almost four years now! But it's such a good feeling now I finished :) Thanks very much for that challenge and all the other workouts you provide for free here. Wish you a great Sunday from Germany!

    ✅11/22 - Completed with modifications. First set - did 10 lunge jumps after 4 rounds. Second set - did regular burpees instead of push-up burpees. 161 max HR, 138 avg HR. 🔥
    I’m sososo sad that we only have one week left of this epic EPIC program. See everyone tomorrow for another push-up challenge!

      @@nikolinajosipovic7611 Hi! How did you do? Caroline didn’t lie about there’s no where to hide during EMOM. However, I hid in my room after lunch; I had an 1.5-hour nap while my littles napped as well. Caroline knocked me out! 🤣

    This was definitely relentless because, for the first time in weeks, I took a 15-second break in the middle to catch my breath and reduce the reps to do it each one properly. I had so much sweat that I could barely see that my glasses and headband were on the floor. Thank you, Caroline, for sharing this with the world! 👏👏👏👊👊👊 to everyone who finished this workout, be it with modifications and rests. We are almost at the finish line!💝❤‍🔥

    I got halfway through this workout before stepping away cause I had a really bad bout of gym anxiety today. I’m excited to come back tomorrow for push-ups and abs with a clear head! I wanted to share in case anyone else has had this experience. Thank you Caroline for all your videos they help me focus on coming back better tomorrow ❤️

    Compared to Caroline it seemed ad if I was moving in slow motion🙈🤣 had to modify a lot and STILL almost cried - maybe I did I couldn’t tell if those were tears or sweat 😁

    OMG!!!! That was the most difficult workout have ever done. Never had to stop and pause a single workout during this whole epic program but this was a first for that. Had to pause several times during the upper body section. Just could'nt do spider push ups and had to go to knees and only did 5. Feeling like I cheated : on that section. Back at it tomorrow!!! Love ya Caroline!!

      You can always go back and get the rest in later in the day. I did that with the second 100 burpees and am no longer feeling like I cheated. either way, sending you a huge high-five for doing your best in the moment!

      There's no such thing as cheating! This is your workout, not Caroline's ... She gives us the perfect template, then we own it our way! I know people who run marathons who cannot do this workout (not kidding!) This isn't "one and done" -- save it and do it again, you may surprise yourself! That's what I'm going to do, so let's have at it together! 💪🤗

    This workout was sooooo tough! I thought about quitting a few times and I’ve never done that. I was definitely all the way at the back of the struggle bus. I pushed through, but I definitely don’t feel like it was my best work. 😥😥🥵🥵🤯🤯Hats off to you Caroline...you’re a beast! 💪🏾💪🏾

    Hardest workout I’ve ever done and I’ve been doing HIIT steadily for years. I now understand the crying comments 💦
    However this is what I was looking for. It felt so good to be really pushed and give the workout everything I had in me. Thank you for not holding back on us. Amazing!

    03/06/2024- Did this workout today, much better than before. 😊😊
    I did the 1st and 3rd round fully. The 2nd round, I did 10 PB’s, 6 spider pushups from the 1st to the 7th rounds then 4SP’s, and I did 10 shoulder taps throughout.
    Ty so much Caroline for such amazing workouts 😊

    Hi Caroline...this is the weekend of repeats...20 minute complexes on Friday and EMOM HIIT today!! I think EMOM is the toughest type of HIIT and this looks hard with lots of burpees! But it will be a brilliant test of our fitness and I’m sure we’ll all be amazed at how much fitter we are than when we started EPIC! Have a great workout everyone and a lovely Sunday! Matthew

As tough as all of the workouts are, I‘m so amazed of how the recovery time has shortened plus I hardly have sore muscles anymore plus the weight of dumbbells I‘m using has doubled!!       Hi Caroline...just finished and I am absolutely soaked in sweat! This one was tough!!! I managed the lower body and abs rounds OK...hard but I could do the moves and get 10 secs or so of rest. But the upper body I had to modify...I did ordinary burpees without the push ups and ordinary push ups without the spider bit! That way I could just about do it with 20 shoulder taps...but almost no rest! That upper body round was just killing!! But the workout was fun, the time flew by and at the end I have a great feeling of accomplishment! Have a lovely, relaxing Sunday, Caroline...and everyone! Matthew

    That was hands down one of the longest, hardest 30 minutes of my life!! 🤣🤣 I don’t remember a HIIT of Caroline’s that was this hard - but maybe I just blocked it out if my memory!? 😂 I had to modify the second circuit to pushups, spider crunches & shoulder taps - once in awhile I would do the full thing again but boy was that tough! The first circuit was definitely a quad burner and my lunges were not as deep as hers but still got a great burn! The ab circuit was also 🔥! I modified the leg drops to single leg a couple times but whew! Glad that one is dusted and behind me!! 🤣 Way to smash this one everyone!! Be proud no matter how you finished!! 👊🏻

      Hi Bethany...I agree...I think this is the hardest HIIT that Caroline has done...I just had to modify the upper body round...simply couldn’t have done it otherwise! Very tough...but also a sense of achievement at the end! Have a great day! Matthew

      this is same as the 30 MIN Explosive HIIT by Caroline awhile back, but this has got the squat jumps (before: squats) and the spider pushups (before: tricep pushups). Though ive done that hiit a couple of times already i can say this/that is still the hardest. im dying

    Wow that was incredibly difficult! I had to change push-up burpees to regular push-ups and swap second and last round because my lungs were burning! Happy to complete this one even with modifications! Caroline is a beast!

    I’ve just finished it 😣😔☹️and I’m not happy of myself first time and I don’t think I did as well as I do every time since epic program started. It was very hard I barely managed to catch my breath I felt o tired to cope with you Caroline I cheated had to pause took longer rests and dropped the reps in some of the exercises in the first two parts ,
    the only good thing is I did full pushups on toes and full reps of burpees, had to modify the Alt jumping lunges to Alt lunges sometimes, and I managed the third part very well. I guess I’m sore not recovered enough of yesterday’s full body day 44 and didn’t sleep well too I’m thinking to repeat it after the epic or do it on Thursday if I can not making excuses but trying to figure out how to do it better next time 👍🏼 Thank you Caroline it was very true relentless and you’re amazing in doing it. Super powerful woman

    Caroline you are indeed SUPER HUMAN!!! I reduced reps and modified and still had to hit pause and catch my breath 3 or 4 times..... okay maybe 5 or 6. But I finished.     Hey Caroline!Hope you doing good.EMOM is tough, painful 🔥 little bit of long lasting as you can feel the after effects (could feel my tricep hurting for 3-4 days after the emom workout earlier) but it is really gives you satisfaction once you have finished it . Ok I just did it ! I went a little different ,did round 1 and then went to round 3 and finished it off with round 2 ( 5 push up burpees I could manage for each min).

    As a gym rat that’s been going to the gym for over 15 years, I was thinking may be I can do another workout after this 30 min HIIT, before starting this day 45 of the EPIC....but boy oh boy, this one was HARRRD !!!! I was huffing and buffing after only 15 min🤪... I even had to pause for 30 secs a few times throughout the workouts to catch my breath!! Thanks Caroline for creating and sharing this EPIC program, with so much varieties going from 30 min (so hard) HIIT, to 45 min focused areas, to 1 hrs full body workouts! Just pure AMAZING!!
    I never like working out at home as it’s hard to get motivation, but since I found you, I’ve been looking forward to doing the EPIC DAY workout at home during the pandemic, lockdown, and cold Canadian weather!!! Thank you with all the 💕

    This kicked my butt in multiple levels. I added my own rest sessions whenever I felt tingling sensations or felt a wee bit dizzy. Like Caroline said, please adjust to your own needs. I completed this and the 9th week of the EPIC program! Congratulations everyone!

    Wow, amazing as always.
    This one is a bit though, but I’ll add it into my routine and switch it out after I’m able to maintain higher intensity.
    This Is what I do with most of these HIIT, tabata ect. Workouts.
    I’m so grateful that these workouts are free.
    I feel stronger and see changes on my body,
    You’ll always be my go to when it comes to HIIT.
    I’m still quit young, only 13,
    But I’m going to stay consistent.
    I used to do struggle with “lower intensity”
    Workouts of yours but I’ve gotten stronger to the point that I’ve been able to hold the same strength and intensity throughout the workout.
    So once again thank you for this amazing workout’

    Super challenging indeed. I had to pause every now and then as my heart rate went up to 175-180 bpm. The hardest was the upper body- had to do some modifications to make it through but within the criteria( my wrist was about to pop👀) But thanks to my two kids who keeps cheering on me throughout this workout like I was running a marathon-I smashed it till the end👊💪! “ You did it mama! You finished it!” N it was worth every hard work n sweat. I may not perform as smooth as I wanted to, but I’m glad I didn’t give up n completed this EMOM like there is no tomorrow. Congrats to those who nailed it like a champ, n to those who feels afraid , don’t..tell yourself you’ve worked so hard to come this far-go for it! Challenge yourself, you can do this, do whatever modifications from her previous workout to make it happen-YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE-Yes you can! All the best team👍 be proud of yourself😉🙃

    This is the first workout I really thought about giving up on. Did not even come close to what I thought I would be able to do but I still did something for at least 30 seconds out of every minute until the end.

      Round 2, two years later. I thought I would be able to keep up significantly better than last time, but not sure that I did do much better.
      Set 1 I pretty much did 10 - 4 - 5
      Set 2 I did 5 - 4 - 10 (sometimes 0 spiders but 20 taps instead)
      Set 3 I did 10 - 10 - 5
      Humbled.

    Caroline , I’m so glad I read your comment below because I couldn’t finish those reps in the time and I was a shaking puffing wreck! Definitely got the heart rate up though!. And managed to do all the floor exercises so was happy with that. HIIT workouts are still my least favourite but we do need it from time to time. Can’t believe I’m almost there!. 😃🙌🏼😘😘

      I think you br flying on the Orange Day. You see what I mean when you get there. I suggest do the Orange Day again on Thursday rest day the following week. It will be good preparation for this Pink Day. Enjoy.

    You crushed it Caroline. I did plank knee tucks instead of the spider push ups it was too much on my shoulders. To ensure I got rest I had to back it down to 15 shoulder taps. It was tough but so are we!

    This was really challenging and thoug! I just realized that burpee is not the heaviest exercise of a hiit workout 🥵!! Managing to do more complete push-ups (my weak movement)!!!! Thanks for one more EPIC day!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    WOW that was one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done. Definitely the hardest home workout i’ve done. Thank you Caroline! I had to take out the spider-man push ups after 3 rounds during the second circuit and replace them with push-ups. After 5 rounds I took out the push ups all together and went straight from 10 push-up burpees to 20 shoulder taps. I am going to keep coming back to try and do less and less modifications. to anyone reading this: You got this and you are EPIC!

    I’ve always figured this was Caroline’s hardest EMOM-I’ve done most of her HIITs yet avoided this because of how exhausted I can tell she gets.
    This was her hardest workout I’ve done. I’ve did many less reps than intended and literally took the first round to rest for both upper and lower body. Wow, I don’t know how you do it Caroline. Thank you for a great sweat!!

    Holy Cramoli! I have met my match! I have been able to do all the workouts as given until today! Made it through the first 10 minutes ok, then had to take a couple minute rest before starting the upper body portion. Barely bent my elbows on the spider push ups 🥴 and did 10 reps shoulder taps. Had to take extra rest between every round in that portion. The abs section-no problem. On to Thanksgiving day here in the US! Very grateful for Caroline and this program!! ❤️🥰

    The previous 44 workouts did not prepare me for day 45. In my defense I passed 36 years old 30 years ago.

    April 4th 2024- Did this workout today. Again…
    I did the 1st round pretty easily. But the 2nd round was still hard… I did worse than earlier. 1st 4 sets, did 10 push-up burpees with 6 spider push ups and 20 shoulder taps. In the 5th round reduced to 10 PB’s, 4 SP’s and 10 ST’s. In the 6 and 7th set same but no SP’s 😢 and in the last 3 sets did only 10 PB’s 😭. The 3 round was the easiest. Did it with ease.
    I hope to today better next time…

    I didn't have this in me today and I'm a bit disappointed. I was 3 sets into group 1 before I switched to the LISS workout (which still killed me) and then I attempted to do 3 set of group 2 but gave up when 1 set took me longer than 90 seconds. I'm going to come back to this one.
    This is the first time I've felt seriously discouraged during one of these workouts and I'm still proud of how far we've come.
    As much as what I'm enjoying this programme and my results, I'm looking forward to taking a little break and doing less intense workouts for a bit before tackling EPIC II :)
    Caroline, if we ever meet in person, I promise you a very big (and strong) tearful hug. This programme and your workouts have saved my mental health and continue to be instrumental in my health journey.

    This looks so difficult but I’m so excited to challenge myself!! Thank you so much for this, Caroline! I can’t believe after this, we’re already on Week 10!       @@sucharitaray4169 I’m down 15 pounds since April! My weight has been in the same spot for the past month or two now but the muscle I’ve gained from this program is something I’m definitely thankful for!

      @@sucharitaray4169 everyone has to start somewhere so I’d maybe suggest doing some sort of cardio to start like walking, speed-walking, biking, etc. then work your way up to this program! Caroline also has the beginner EPIC program and many low impact, beginner workouts on her channel!

    Did anyone get all the way through this workout doing it exactly the way Caroline did? My hat is off to Caroline and everyone who did this workout--either as planned or with modifications--it was incredibly intense!!! I had to switch the lunge jumps to alternating rear lunges (which I pushed to the end of each minute and used as my "rest") in the 1st set. Also had to take out the push-up burpees and throw in some high knees after the shoulder taps instead. My body refused to do any more burpees after those first 100! So grateful to at least have been able to do the entire ab set without mods! Let's keep enjoying every last minute of these workouts through week 10--there's no room for sadness, only LOVE (with a bit of grunting and a lot of grit)!!!!

      Have to share an update. So, I went to my Sunday kickboxing class after doing this HIIT workout and ended up doing 45 push-up burpees in the class. When it was over, I decided to finish the other 55 push-up burpees that I could not do during the HIIT work-out, so I went to a corner and finished the workout with 5 sets of 10 burpees and a final set of 5. First time ever doing 200 burpees in a single day and could not be more proud of myself!

    I had to split Day 44 and Day 45 over 2 days each because they were so hard.
    But I’m proud of myself for not giving up and picking up from where i could:)

      It took me 1h and 40m to finish day 44 with all the pauses that I had to take. So yeah, now scrolling through the comment section (to prepare myself mentally for the next one hoping to do it in one shot) I can honestly say I’m pretty scared :)) she has the braids so😢 … also I have to do this in the 1st, so that’s a good way to start the year I guess. No matter how hard they are and how much we have to modify, it’s still an accomplishment to finish most of her videos. I just now notice ur comment is 1year old, idk if u still workout, but if not maybe this could b ur sign from the Universe to restart❤ sending lots of love and HAPPY NEW YEAR!🎉

    Because 30 minutes were not enough Caroline went for 20 k run after this💥!!This was by far the hardest workout, even harder than day 30..I made it my own as Caroline kindly suggested at the beginning. Instead of EMOM I converted it into 3 x 10 minutes AMRAPS..I did try it yesterday but gave up in 5 minutes but felt guilty after so tried this morning with modifications. Thank you so much Caroline 🙏,9 weeks went just like that.

    That workout was definitely above my level! I was doing more or less fine during part 1 (I was doing 10/10/10) but then in part 2 after the first round I eliminated spider pushups and was doing only 10 burpee pushups and 20 shoulder taps. I don't know how it is even possible to fulfill part 2 according to the plan, it just felt so unreal. 😮‍💨😰Congrats to those who managed to do part 2 completely. Still, I did it the way I could and I'm glad to have finished it! Thanks, Caroline! I was overstepping my boundaries with this one.
