    Three sites around this area: Deeyar, Azizi and PG One behind. Theres also a few empty plots within walking distance to the same metro. 1 beds within this area are under 1 million AED and 700+ sqft. How much will this really appreciate ? Furjan is a good location but just doesnt feel well planned and without any big name private developers coming in.

      Depends on the occupancy and demand of the building. Some run on 100% occupancy , Some don't. Will be showcasing a live casestudy soon.

    How said that you can sell it to an end user for a higher price than that you bought it for? What a the guarentees? Zero I think. Just gambling. And with this much constuction the risked is getting bigger day by day. If you look back in de past few years you are correct but to say this wil also happen in the future you’re just gambling🎰

      There is a reason why millionaires across the world invest in Real Estate , Stocks and Forex. Hence , they build a portfolio whilst some people would never pull the trigger. The term is informed and calculated risk.

      I love Dubai , in fact I have 2 appartements over there while living in Europe. But fact is that there is a lot of supply in Dubai and there wil be a time (2/3years in my opinion) that there will be trouble in the market because there are not enough end user. Investors buy 7/8 units to flip , which means for every investor you need 7/8 end users. But ok that’s my opinion. I hope I’m wrong and wish you all the best. I follow your channel for a long time, like you content but I’m also worried. 👍

      @karma2449 The total supply with all developers added is 60,000 units this year , number of visas issued 1.2 Million. Europe , Canada and US are going to face a depression. The Middle East is looking strong. There are many factors , But base reality: Millionaires from across the world look at Dubai like a safe haven : Capitalistic economy, safe, good medical, great educational facilities and an addictive luxury lifestyle. I've travelled across the world - No place like Dubai.
