Just got back from Dubai. We were touring Damac Hills and Damac Hills 2 (SOOO far out in the boonies!). I am not overly impressed with the construction quality in Dubai. We have stayed in a bunch of places around there over the years, and they all seem to be prematurely falling apart. I want to move my tax home from Canada to Dubai in the next year, but I'm really torn on where/if to buy. I do like the layout that you chose! So many of the Dubai properties look like they were designed by an architect who has an aversion to sunlight. Your's looks nice and bright!
Moved a year and half ago from Montreal to Dubai. Best décision of my life. Hubby was a carpenter back in mtl so he knows about construction. He says he's never been to a property in Dubai that wouldn't be backcharged in Canada. It's literally the main reason we haven't bought yet

This lease term is generally for 99 years but can be less in some instances. This form of property ownership in Dubai only grants the buyer rights to the unit, not the land it’s built on.
I think all you need is an expert assigned by a brokerage company that will trade for you and handle your capital professionally and give you weekly returns of investment without any extra fees attached
Hi, when purchasing a property you have to pay a one time 4% fee (for the government) and you have yearly service charge payments (Split over all the landlords, for the cleaning, electricity, security of common areas etc.)

As long as you get a good realtor, their expertise will save you all the harm. There are no scams provided if you go with best realtors. I can recommend you my one if you like. I bought two units with him.
