  • My experience flying business class with a baby. The biggest thing: don't let other people make you feel bad. Try your best to keep your child quiet and be as respectful as possible, but be prepared - your child will likely get upset at some point and chaos may ensue!
Hopefully, this video gives you some ideas on how to make traveling with kids as smooth as possible. Even in business class, it can be stressful and difficult.

My kid will be about the same age as Sebastian was at flight time, and we’re flying business in a couple months. I’m both terrified and excited. Thanks for filming this, I appreciate the perspective. Def needed this.

    Thanks for the video:)
Quick question: Did you have to pay anything for Sebastian to travel, or is a lap infant free when booking an adult business class ticket?

It depends on whether it’s U.S. domestic or international. On domestic flights in America there is no fee for children 2 and under flying business (or economy for that matter). On international flights like the one in this video from London to JFK there is a nominal amount (to cover fees and taxes). It’s nothing close to a full business class ticket but can vary based on airline and destination. Hope that helps and safe travels! Thanks for watching 🙂

Hi we are planning to fly with baby soon (with BA) Would you recommend booking the two middle seats (like how you did in your first flight) or one by the window and one in the middle (like your second flight)? Thanks in advance

Middle section only! My wife and I swapped sides on the way back. But in our experience it’s been easier on multiple trips being directly next to each other with no aisle so we could pass our son back and forth. Safe travels to you!
