Thanks for making these short workouts where even the warm-up and cool-down are (more or less) included in the 25 minutes! I have a playlist of them for days when I am very low on motivation or time, and it really helps me to stay in good habits. Coming back to strength work after about a month of not much apart from light cardio for various reasons, and this was just what I needed! Thank you.

Warm up and cool down does Not need to be included in the 25 minutes. I love these shorter classes because I can go Soooo much heavier and still keep good form at the end....even for the bonus move! And, heavier weights also = more cardio!!!! Keep up the great classes, Amy.

Loved this to start the new month! I had to stand to do the floor exercises bc I fell a few days ago and scuffed up my knee ... so getting down is a chore. Either way ... Great workout!

First time ever i pulled my lower back muscle doing that new move of yours, dumbell in 1 hand and kettlebell in the other hand and bending over. Will have to skip that move now, in fact i won't be bending for the foreseeable future till i recover. Still a fan though just need to take it easy i guess.

It’s Day #1 of your Summer Fit '24 SCULPT Challenge! Grab your dumbbells or kettlebells or both and let’s go! This workout features two circuits of exercises with two rounds each. Start with back to basics compound movements for 40 seconds, then follow in round two with 30 seconds separating out right and left sides.
