when u said bonus move i almost collapsed but i stayed with it and finished this workout feeling accomplished and amazing. really enjoyed this workout! ❤ also love workout with dumbbells - it’s my fav been lovin tabata lately!!!
Trying to get caught up on comments here. Monday was such a burner, I went heavy and felt everything the next day sore in my back and core Phew this was a great start to the week!
This was a great workout. I have shoulder issues also and I cannot do over the head triceps so I always do Kickbacks to replace that move just a thought maybe a suggestion in future workouts
