    WOW!!! I’m literally in tears right now because when I injured my back, I haven’t been able to exercise like I use to. I went from someone who had no problem with exercise or weight gain to NOTHING!! Everything stopped. I was able to do these exercises, not feel any back pain afterwards AND felt the burn!!!! With my new diet (keto) and these moves, I actually feel hopeful for the first time in 5 year!!!! Thank you for sharing! God is GOOD!!🙏🏾

    I’m a truck driver of 26 yrs. I’m tiny and all my driver friends said I’d be fat in a year. I do these exercises while driving. Still weigh 115 lbs and my tummy after 4 kids and a hysterectomy is flatter with better abs then most in their 20’s.

      I can’t do crunches or sit-ups too well because I broke my tail bone roller skating years ago and it gets so sore even with a pillow it’s uncomfortable. So I am so excited for this type of workout for my stomach area! So hopefully this will be..GOODBYE MUFFIN TOP 🙌

      During regular exercise... at least 5 times a week... i do these workouts for 10 mins to 20 mins.
      Thiese are for abdominal muscles.
      For thighs different sets will be required.... depending on fat levels in the thighs. If muscle content is higher muscles in legs may get bigger.
      Spot refuction is not possible. Muscles can be toned up.
      When you lose weight fat moves out from wherever it is stored.
      Genetic coding is also a factor.
      Esting less calories than you spend is a sure way of reducing fat.

      @@dennisechristensen8060 After showering, apply bleach to toe nails on a daily basis. Let bleach dry., only takes a couple of minutes. I use an ear bud to apply all over toenail. It will take about a month to see results but it worked for me..

    Thank you. No silly gimmicks or preaching!! After a physical my doctor told me I needed to make some lifestyle changes or … I was up to 230lbs. High cholesterol, borderline diabetic, high blood pressure etc. And pretty much the same diagnosis for my wife. We changed our diets and started exercising. It’s been about 8 weeks. I’ve lost 16 pounds and she’s lost 9 pounds. We feel 20 years younger too. We needed some stomach exercises and we just watched your video and we can feel they are very effective. Thank you for your time and common sense instructions. We just subscribed too.

    Hello, Dr. Mandell. I've been doing these abs exercises for a week and I can notice my tummy getting flatter! After FOUR pregnancies I've been doing the regular sit ups and with no results. I'd discovered your video last week after I did a search for a better way of doing sit ups. And, holy cow! I love your version! And, to see results after one week!     Eat half, walk twice , laugh triple. You will have a long healthy life. Stress that make you gain weight, grow old ,get sick so you can meditate while you are walking. This formula came from a place thousand of years ago. The average age of this village were 95 years old. Maybe it helped they did not have fast food restaurants and traffics and cell phones and Netflix.

      This went viral on tiktok & I saw people trying it for 1 week straight. There were RESULTS! However it wasn't major results but you could see a slight difference in just a week. So imagine if someone stays consistent for months. I'm definitely adding this to my workout routine as a warmup & mix in other ab workouts for maximum results

    Simple and efficient! I've done a variation of these since my lumbar fusion/metal fixation surgery in the 90's.     I had hernia surgery 3 years ago. They put a mesh in me that makes sit ups impossible. I have been unable to figure out how to work out my stomach until I watched this video. THANK YOU!

      I had hernia surgery too by last year.. that mesh will completely set into your body within 6months doctors said.. but it takes time... I think that mesh completely set into your body.. u have any uncomfortable with that mesh.. ??

    I've been ill for 4 years, housebound, and recovering diabetes, cardiac failure & after 2 yrs from heart attack and lung collaps... I'm just now able to garden again and not walk with a cane. I've been sedintary for 15 years mostly sitting at a computer...and at age 65 these exercises were PERFECT for me to do and I actually felt better even though I felt the squeeze like I hadn't since I was in my 20s doing aerobics lol. Thank you so much and I'll be playing this video every morning. I adore your channel.

    I love all these exercises and I definitely need them. Until I was about 50, when I laid on my back, my tummy looked like a teaspoon - lol. I had five fertility related abdominal surgeries, a C-section with a 10 lb. baby, and a hysterectomy, but I was a swimmer and my abs stayed toned and flat as a pancake. At 65, not so much. I miss my flat stomach, and I think it's never too late to work on one's body. I'm not overweight and I'm starting these great moves today! Thanks, Dr. Mandell, for helping all of us to live our best, healthy lives!

      I hear you! 66 years old here. I had a complete hysterectomy. I also have really severe sciatic pains and lower back pain from herniated disk. But I am going to do my darn best to get back in shape!

    WOW!! Thanks Doc, I felt the difference, Now I'm working on discipline, I have cut ✂️ sugar a LOT, eating healthier, before pandemic I was going to exercise class 3x's a week,, in May I started walking 2-3 x's a week, now nothing 😔 and my body definitely notices that I NEED to move, muscles are getting weaker, I've been picking up my 5lb dumbbells, it helps, Will start walking again very soon, especially since snow and ice is coming, Thank you for all you do 🙏

    I’ve been struggling lately to lose my belly fat. It used to be fairly easy but I now need a hip replacement so all the walking, sit ups and so on has slowed right down. I still eat healthy but sometimes during bouts of depression, I turn to comfort food. These exercises look quite comfortable to do, so here we go. If I can see some results within a week or two, I’m sure the comfort food will fall by the wayside and I’ll get back my happy disposition. Cheers Doc. I’ll get back to you.😊🙏🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

    After doing this exercise for about half a year, my posture signficantly improved!
    I have tried all sorts of posture exercise such as chin tucks and shoulder blades exercises but this exercise helped me the most, it helps me to always maintain an upright posture somehow!

    Thank you! I've a hard time for years doing sit ups because unfortunately I get an air bubble behind my left rib and it's painful 😣 so I stopped doing them but I did this and it's great. Thank you. I'm glad I saw your channel for an alternate way working the ab muscles!

    I'm on day 5 and this works 😎👍🏾 I'm slowly seeing the outline shape of my flatter stomach I haven't seen in 20 years unless I've temporarily lost too much healthy weight along with my usual gym routine I can't lose plus a great side effect is im passing more 💩 hence feel lighter ☺️

    I lived in my car for many months during covid in 2020 with continuous driving between south Australia and Victoria. I eventually in Feb 2021 I was blessed from God, the will to survive and a home 🏡 of my own. During this time my psoas muscle suffered which affected other areas. The pain has been excruciating till a week ago when God sent you to me. The pain is beginning to settle over the past few days with the stretcing the areas that you showed on other videos. This morning is my second time lve done this exercise. The difference is amazing. I'm grateful that God 🙏 brought you to me. God bless ☮️

    When I had abdominal surgery like 20 years ago. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. It was amazing to find out how much the abs are used. Everything I did cause post surgical pain to the stitches in my abs. Its was a 17in cut. And believe me, just standing up off the bed required the use of my abs. Was a tough way to find out that we basically use our abs for everything. Was an NCAA athlete back then and fairly young so being in shape helped with recovery. And that recovery took still took a long time.

    WOW. Thank you! I've had an inguinal hernia for several years (that I haven't yet been able to have repaired) and therefore my core has gotten very weak. I've been looking for exercises I could do to strengthen these muscles without aggravating the hernia or risking making it critical. This is perfect!

    I definitely see a difference, ( very little difference)
    My stomach muscle feels a little tighter when I squeeze it now.
    plus I had to take a break for 3 days to give my muscle time to heal.
    I have decided to continue for 2 more weeks and see if I achieve said results.
    Plus I eat healthy too, so that’s not hindering my results.
    So No, two weeks is not enough, you would need to do this for much longer.

    I needed this!!! I'm working for over 7 yrs as a nanny, I keep doing the wrong lifting, get injuries whatnot, and at some point despite hard work I noticed my belly muscles got loose, my spine got into a horrible posture, and I kept getting shoulder pain and pinches, including rottator cuff pain... I literally had to break my posture and worked on it for several months now, but being in pain couldn't do much of an workout, especially after 9 hrs on my feet, bending and working. This was the last link I needed and I loved this routine. I felt it in no time. Once I went through all the pain I need to tighten my belly muscles so I never feel such agony again!!!! Also it's nice do do some use sitting in the chair. I have a bar at home, and I workout as much as I can trying not to heavy lift anything or put more pressure one my already tired body. Thank you!

    Dr Mandell I have a smoothie recipe of yours ingredients are
    An inch fresh tumeric
    1 garlic clove
    1 apple
    Juice of one lemon
    Teaspoon olive oil
    Pinch black pepper
    Pinch cayenne pepper
    Blend well in liquidiser
    Drink before or after breakfast
    Dr I would like to know what this smoothie
    benefits because I am trying to loose weight.
    I have been adding spinach leaves flaxseed powder chia seeds sunflower n pumpkin seeds roughly ground.
