    I wish to let you know how much it help to see a person give instruction for EXERCISING in a chair. Many people that wish to get in better shape are in WHEELCHAIRS and CAN'T get down on floor or have the ability to leave the chair for any period of time. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

    I was 500lbs I’m at 300lbs, I broke my foot a few years ago got an DTV my legs be hurting. So I’ll use this for my work thanks Dr.

    Thank you so much for your dedication to your audience. I hurt my back a few months ago and it has been a slow recovery. I go to PT 2 or 3 times per week. I am getting better, but your advice and home exercise programs have helped me through this time.

    The best exercise method ever! Sitting in a chair. How easy can it get?! I hate floor exercises, so this is perfect. Now, I just have to buy an armed chair and I'll be good to go.

    Dr. ALAN Mandel, thankyou for caring enough to do these videos, I have had 3 major herniA repairs in my abdominal area. I need to lose 30 pounds, do you have any suggestions for getting rid of the fat that is onto of my mesh? I have 2 total kn ee replacements, bolts inserted in my ankles, painful calves, bony ankles with flat feet, and a very stiff and painful body, but I walk for 30 to 45 min. Daily and eat healthy. My neck especially is in pain and I annot turn to the left. I have been watching hing your tips and doing your exercies. Please, do you have any special exercises for me with keeping in Mind, I cannot use my neck In exercises. I have also had rotary cuff surgery 6 months ago in left shoulder. You speak so clearly and I love it when you say, make it a good day. Do you have a book I can purchase. God will bless you, he has blessed me by coming across you on you tube! Deb

    The side bends where a bit lost with me - i kept feeling it on the opposite side of the bend! I really like your stuff though - glad i found it again. A lot of stuff is too easy on the sites or too hard; this is in between a good place to be.

    How I wish I had inspired me with these simple useful exercises in my morning or afternoon years.     I was just wondering how I can work these areas when I'm having a "bad" day and can't make it to the gym. My "bad" days are when I have to use my crutches to get about. Not when my motivation loses a grip. Thanks, Doc.
