THIS IS AN EXCITING REVIEW PUT UP IN SIMPLE WORDS.I HAVE TAKEN A 1 WEEK CHALLENGE OF DRINKING MORINGA POWDER AND I HAVE EVALUATED ALL ITS BENEFITS AND THE CONCERNS WITH MORINGA POWDER.
Moringa Tree is also called sohanjna tree, Drumstick Tree, horseradish Tree, Ben Oil tree.
Moringa, is unarguably, one superfood that travelled from India to the world. Well it’s also cultivated in parts of Asia and Africa. Back in olden days, it was grown in the backyards of most houses in India and is a common food item even now. We eat Moringa pods, popularly known as Drumsticks quite often. We make a variety of dishes like Sambhar, Drumstick fry and Drumsticks curry. Tender drumstick pods are so delicious and you cannot resist eating the curry made with it
So, are we eating the superfood from childhood? Well there is a slight difference. When it comes to nutritional value, Moringa leaves are superior to Drumstick pods, though both come from same plant. So, to get the best health benefits, you should eat fresh Moringa leaves rather than the pods/drumsticks. Though eating drumsticks still have similar benefits.
This is how I am making the Moringa drink. I got an organic Moringa powder, infact any brand of Moringa powder should work. Toss in 1 spoon of Moringa powder in to a glass. Now fill it up with luke warm water. Add 1 spoon of honey to this. This is optional. Squeeze in some lemon. Fill it up with luke warm water or cold water. Don’t add hot water, because heat can destroy some nutrients. So use lukewarm water.
That’s all our moringa juice is ready.
    Results:
    1. Its rich in powerful antioxidants, including a special one called Quercetin. I explained in my previous videos how Quercetin can help reverse baldness. This is latest discovery for hair regrowth. So applying it as hair pack or consuming it, is highly beneficial to regrow hair, promote stronger thicker hair.
Did it help me? Yes it certainly helped me. The hair fall stopped and I am feeling the thickness coming in. So its successful for hair loss.
    2. The Vital Nutrients in Moringa can increase skin glow, fights pigmentation and skin disorders. Well I believe it helped me a lot in that. I feel my skin getting natural glow, feeling more hydrated, clear and nourished.
    3. Moringa can help a lot in weight loss. Moringa has cholesterol lowering effect, burns your belly fat that can contribute to weight loss. Lets see if this helped me. My today’s weight is 69.4 Kgs, which is 153lbs.
So overall I lost about 5 lbs or 2.3kgs just by drinking moringa juice, which is a great result.
I am feeling more active, lite, energized and recharged, which makes me think that it is working to lower my cholesterol levels too.
Also My waist size has gone down from 34 to 33, which I feel is a good sign of losing some stubborn fat around the waist.
One more thing, its not so easy to drink moringa powder. This has got strong flavor and bitter taste. Not everyone is going to like this. Also, it needs lot of determination to continue using Moringa powder. So, before buying this, I advise you to think about it.
Consuming Moringa is generally safe, but if you are pregnant or diabetic, better to check with doctor, before starting this.
Moringa Tree is also called horseradish tree, ben tree, and drumstick tree.

While I lived in Brazil, I developed a gastric ulcer. I went to the endocrinologist for years (4 years to be precise). Nothing just seemed to relieve that pain, the reflux, and the associated discomfort. When I came to live in Angola, Africa, in 2016, a friend showed me a Moringa tree and told me that it was a native plant and that it even could solve the condition I had. At first I doubted it, but after researching some scientific documents and watching some videos, I decided to give it a try. I went to one tree, of the hundreds that I found here in the streets, I picked up some pods and took them with me. At home, I took the seeds from the pods and chewed 4 seeds a day, in the morning on an empty stomach. Already on the third day, I began to feel improvements, as the frequent stomachache disappeared. The following week, I no longer had the reflux. Today, it's been 7 years since I've lived in Angola, Africa, and I'm free of gastric ulcer, the reflux and the intestinal pains. Thanks God for the Moringa!

I started using Moringa powder in my turmeric green tea a few weeks ago and have noticed amazing results. One example, I’ve been having stiffness and joint pain, particularly in my right hand, one finger in particular hurts like heck to bend every morning for over a year. Sudden onset, doc has no clue why. While Spring cleaning, I came across some Moringa powder at some point for weight loss I’m sure, but never tried. Did more research on it and gave it a try. After using it for a couple of weeks my joint pain has significantly decreased and my hand/finger pain is completely gone. I have more energy and everyone says I look like I’m losing weight, although I haven’t weighed myself. The only thing I’ve found that gets rid of the Moringa taste is Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals tea. This tea is very tasty and a little goes a long way.

Good video. I concur with your anecdotal testimony. I encourage everyone to check out the tonnes of published research on moringa. Also the video documentary on how moringa is solving the malnutrition issues in some African countries. It's on TH-cam. I agree that moringa on it's own is hard to drink. I even need to relax while it's going through my system. I feel kinda off for about 20mins. When I add it 1tbsp) to my protein shakes I don't notice it at all. I also drink moringa tea.

Idk if moringa is meant as a weight loss supplement, but I can imagine that if you drink a moringa leaf powder drink, it has so much nutrients that you may be less tempted by junk food. If ppl are low in iron, they crave chocolate and chips, but these leaves have a good dose of iron and other minerals, so it will likely curb snacking because your body gets the nutrients it's craving.

Just a comment. The powder should be taken in small amounts, maybe half a teaspoon. Even two tea spoons can depending on the person increase you metabolic rate, which may make you feel uncomfortable, and may loosen your bowels. So take small amounts, see how your system reacts, as we are not all the same. And do not take too much on a daily basis. Also please read up on this plant, it is strongly advised against taking this plant if you have certain medical conditions, one being either hypothyroid or hyperthyroid. I would advise anyone on medications to speak to your doctor first.

Moringa is Kalpa vriksha in Ayurveda. Unless you eat like kilos daily it's not harmful. Especially for thyroid patients as its a strong anti inflammatory and helps in healing the inflammation in thyroid gland. You have been misinformed . It has so much iron that if you eat too much you may get harmful amount of iron in your blood. Daily or teaspoon is beneficial in all ways.

I purchased the same brand of Moringa powder you are using in the video. I'm a type 2 diabetic hypothyroidism sleep apnea lymphedema in both leg's and a spinal injury plus knees have been injured. And osteoarthritis throughout my body. So I. The beginning my tsh was almost a 9 and in one month it's down to normal range 1. Something. My energy level has changed dramatically.. my extream fatigue use to be so bad that all I ever wanted to do was sleep. I'm feeling much better. My inflammation has gone way down . And I use mine in a smoothie every morning. I put two scoops I think it's a tablespoon each.. plus either oat milk or almond milk fresh or frozen strawberries and bananas sometimes blueberries. And as a meal replacement I'm adding slimfast it's really good. I use the chocolate slimfast powder .. I don't care for the vanilla and haven't been able to try the strawberry .. my results with my blood sugar levels have been amazing 🙌🙌 I was having a very hard time controlling things so my sugar was in the 200-300's 😳😭. Now it's been in normal range .. I can honestly say I am very thankful for this plant. You can get some more information about this Moringa tree and how the nutritional information is amazing. There's a guy Kendrick in plant city Florida next to Tampa Bay area. He grows it and shows other's how to do the same. How to use it everything.. Go to Numa nursery.com ... I hope this helps someone else as it did me. I do advise you to also look up more information if you were on thyroid medicine or diabetes medicine it can react with it and cause your levels to drop too much I also did talk to my family doctor before I even started on this and I cleared it with him before I started he thought it was a great idea helps with your immune system as well again I hope this helps someone have a blessed day in Jesus loves you

Try going vegan! Your cholesterol level will go way down. Blood pressure goes down. Helps prevent heart disease, diabetes, everything. 50% less chance of cancer. You will lose weight. Eat less sugar. Funny doctors don't recommend this. The bad things are animal fat, sugar, expressed oils (natural oils okay).

@@elizabethdombori3159 I apologize I’m just now getting a notification for your reply to my comment. Moringa has helped me a lot. I started very slowly. I was adding it into smoothies but I started having issues with sugar spikes because I am a diabetic and I decided to switch and make my capsules they’re not expensive, there’s a company I order from I’m not sure where you live that if you were in the states or outside of the United States but I bought a small capsule machine that makes 24 capsules at a time it was around $20 and then I buy my capsules to the same company, and I put together moringa along with several other herbs turmeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper, ginger, ground cloves, cream of tartar, and I mix them and I take between 4 to 6 capsules a day. I have noticed a difference in my energy level and my inflammation coming down. I’ve made a lot of changes over the past two years. I have a spinal injury and I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for the past month and it has helped tremendously. He is also helping to make recommendations for different foods to stay away from. I still Slip eat bad food once in a while but I try to do the best I can. lymphedema I learned how to do lymphatic massages, if you get ginger oil and you do the lymphatic massages or get brushes and do what's called dry brushing before you take a shower you start at your feet you work your way up and there’s a lot of really good benefits with it because for a while I struggled and I was swollen all the time but I have it under control now I’m a lot more active than I used to be but my pain level has dropped a lot so that helps. if you have any other questions, I hope I will get the notification that you’ve sent a reply. I hope this helped answer your question. There's about a lot of really good TH-cam channels that show you how to do a lot of these things that I have spoken about. It is a long process it’s not an overnight thing, One of the biggest problems that I had in the beginning was staying persistent. I hope this helped answer your question. One thing I did learn is that lymphedema and inflammation are connected. 🤗 Blessings

Hmmm....I've been having it for several months, it's a HIGHLY nutritional and all around medicinal product, but it's a natural laxative as well. So you have to start off small, and I would suggest you start off from half a teaspoon gradually working yourself up to 3 teaspoons maximum.
Best to have after a meal, though if you've got a bulletproof sense of taste if IS bitter on it's own, and the weightloss on its own is questionable. BUT NO DOUBT it gives you an ENORMOUS all around health benefit.

It's become quite palatable ( rather 'undetectable') now. Oh btw, it's also doable if you mix it into a tablespoon or two of peanut butter! Try different things to find what works for you, good luck.
