    Very useful information haa been shared in the video. In this respect please clarify how tea is prepared and other ingredients like sugar, milk etc are used or not. Further more can we take it empty stomac or after meal or breakfast.

As for additional ingredients like sugar or milk, it is a matter of personal preference.
      In terms of timing, Moringa tea can be consumed at any time of the day. However, it's worth noting that some individuals may experience mild digestive effects, such as an upset stomach, when consuming Moringa tea on an empty stomach. If you have a sensitive stomach, it may be preferable to consume it after a meal or breakfast.
      As with any dietary change or supplement, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian, especially if you have any specific health conditions or concerns, to ensure Moringa tea is suitable for your individual needs.

      When using Moringa powder instead of leaves, use approximately half the amount of powder compared to the leaves. For example, if a recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of dried Moringa leaves, use around 1/2 tablespoon (or 1.5 teaspoons) of Moringa powder. Adjust to taste and refer to the manufacturer's instructions if available. Enjoy experimenting with the dosage to find what suits you best!

    I have the powder. I mix it with a glass of water. You need a small blender, as it does
    not mix too well. Today I will sprinkle a few grams on my chunky chicken soup...

      There is limited scientific research specifically exploring the use of Moringa tea for enlarged prostate. According to a study published on National Library of Medicine about :Potential of Moringa oleifera in the Treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia :Role of Antioxidant Defence Systems [ Moring tea could be used as an adjunct in the treatment of BPH] .
      Nevertheless, more research is needed to determine the direct impact of Moringa tea on enlarged prostate.

      Someone confessed he used the following concoction
      - Limes whole with seeds cut into small Pcs
      - Ginger grated
      - Garlic cloves cut into small pcs or grated.
      Note: he never mentioned quantities.
      Boil all of the ingredients for 10 or more minutes.
      When ready sieve and drink, a glass very early in the morning and evening b4 meals.
      He said this has shrinked his prostate for good.
