You answered every single question I had concerning the release bearing in one video, thanks!
Amazing video! Thanks
Very informative thanks!
Thanks I 'm watching them all.
Thank you!
you referred me to this video with my question about a hard to push pedal. I forgot to mention that sometimes the pedal squeaks when I push it. does that indicate a particular problem?
good video
This godsend ❤
Do you want a return spring on the clutch Fork?
Is that bearing supposed to ride on the pressure plate constantly?
What would cause a guide tube to break off the transmission? I could not get my truck into gear while running, after I thoroughly bleed the hydraulic system and still could not get it into gear I pulled the trans. The guide tube has broken off completely. I am curious if this is why I could not shift into a gear.
Quick question for you do you know if this Is the same procedure for a 1992 chevy s10 4x4 4.3
Just got clutch installec on 89 s10 pickup with 2 wd. Watched video prior to putting trans in. Pedal seem to light. Old clutch felt better. It seems to easy to push pedal it. A new clutch should have more resistance than what it does. Have yet to start truck up. So I don't know if it releases right. Crossing my fingers.
I have a 95 c1500 4.3 2wd i don't remember my pivot ball looking like that. I don't thibk its removable either? I can move the clutch for by hand but it doesn't retract. Is it supposed to do that?
Not a happy camper. Purchased a clutch kit for 89 S10 pickup. Clutch is very touchy and hard to drive. Don't recall having this issue with any other clutch I installed. New flywheel and pressure plate were cleaned with brake cleaner Sad.
tks
X,x omg you answered my doubts
Might sound weird but I'm having problems with my clutch where I can bleed it and when I try to put it in gear the pedal goes have way and does not go any farther

where do you face the lobe of the bearing toward the fork or the shaft?
Fork
have a 67 c50 292 6 cly chevrolet will not go in gear tell me what wrong with it
Does anyone know what might be causing a ton of vibration on the clutch pedal at idle? The vibration has been traced all the way down to the throwout fork. It has been an issue since previous owner. I replaced the clutch & throwout bearing - and the issue still persists. Thanks! 1981 trans am 305 Borg Warner Super T10 4 speed manual
Grease pivot bearing
Just put transmission in there was no release bearing clip in the clutch kit it has been installed without any clip do not remember seeing one on disasembly it is a 1988 K1500 is it possible there is none.
Damn there were no spring tabs
have not adjusted clutch or finished job
Just learned all this the hard way. Too bad I didn't see this earlier. Is there a correct way to install the bearing re the cam on the bearing? I've been told it should face the fork but in your video it faces away from the fork
thank you
Should it face towards the fork or the shaft?
Called tech support this morning and spoke with Tony I told him a number of times that I had a 2 wd Chevy S10 pickup with a 4 cylinder engine. I told him the clutch is very touchy. He kept asking the part number which I had a my garage across town. The number is 90191. The number below that MU 1904-1. I told him I would call back when I get the part number. He then rudely hung up on me. I went around the block yesterday and the clutch was so touchy and jerking my truck to the point my camper top came loose and I got pulled over. I want my old clutch back. You shouldn't be allowed to be called perfection. No excuse for this at all.
In spanish please
No, French 🙏
