    I like the newer style of videos where you preview the upcoming exercise. Let's me mentally prepare to be tortured. Workouts are fantastic. I always come back to them. Thanks!

    It was tempting skipping this workout since it's my birthday and felt like "treating" myself with an extra rest day.
    BUT I think treating myself to a day closer to my goal (and ok,indulging a bit more today) is a better idea.

    I'm in pretty decent shape at this point (thanks to you guys!) and the pace of this was still challenging. I am impressed! You guys deserve the fitness equivalent of an Oscar or something :D

    Please do more workouts like this one-it's kind of a mini version of a 1000-calories workouts. I don't always have the time for these (only on weekends) and this "1000-calorie-light" workout ist perfectly done before leaving for work. *thumbs up*

    workout complete!!!! You guys inspire me so much - that I have got addicted to working out. I feel incomplete if I don't workout one day. Grateful to you guys for making such effort to create videos that can be accessed by people like us for free. I used to loathe working out, never been an active girl...last 4 months working out with you guys and seeing the results has got me obsessed with the concept of fitness.     I have subscribed to a lot of fitness channels on TH-cam, but only end up watching yours from the past one year. Yours is by far the best. I even got my husband to subscribe for Fitness Blender. You guys are the real deal. You keep it simple, straight forward and promote no unrealistic expectations. Keep up the good work.

    ooohhhhh I have missed you Kelli !! I know you don't really do these workouts anymore ( aware of how things have changed etc..) but I find this the perfect combo for a good workout, always leaving feeling full of dopamine and serotonine! I just love working out with you! ( and have since 2013!!) .

    I loooooooved the static squat up or down "simon says" style. Totally keeps you light on your feet, engaged, and it's fun! Kind of interactive in an interesting way. You're not just trudging through the motions of repetitive exercises. Any chance you can make more of these "follow the leader" types of sessions?

    I love this workout. Just have to say thank you so much...I started doing your workouts regularly about 3 months ago and they change I have seen in my body is amazing. As a full-time working mom, I love that I can fit my workout in before anyone else in my house wakes up! I love the "all-in-one" format of this routine for that reason. Starting the 5-Day Challenge for Busy People on Monday and I can't wait!

    I was wondering if it is possible to keep a running routine when you start one of your program? Because I'd love to buy a 8 week program but keep training for a 10k at the same time :)

    Thank you Kelly for this amazing workout video, and all your other ones! I injured my knees over a year ago and they always hurt after a high-impact workout or exercises involving knee muscles.     this was awesome and so exhausting! Thanks for the new vids FB ;) also I love that you guys keep warning people about these crash diets, please keep on doing that.. when I was 14 I was badly influenced by media and started one of these crash diets and sadly I ended up with anorexia... now 6 years later I've beaten this disease mentally but physically i still suffer from it, can't eat normal portion sizes without horrible stomach ache and so on. These companies that promote all these unhealthy standards should be forbidden. So please keep fighting those bad standards, I will too :)

    Hi Kelli & Daniel, I'll be doing this workout in the next hour or so. Can't wait! My favourite is the 44min cardio + lower body toning routine. I suggest a level 5,"high intensity", total body barre workout as a future workout video (45min+ if possible).

    Thanks so much fitnessblender. I've been on low calories diet for 2 month and doing mix up of your workout. I love your workout and your effort in getting us fit in an easier way. in 2 month I've lost about 15kgs. 6 inch loss from chest and 5inch loss in my waist. I try to increase the intensity every week. thanks so much because u guys have inspired me to workout more! !!! keep doing more videos!

    I love your workouts! I find myself needing to add cardio spurts instead of some of the reps you do even in the cardio HIIT workouts so I can get more of a calorie burn. I was wondering how you figure your calorie burned calculator on the side because I never am able to burn even close to the amount it says even when I am pushing it to the absolute limit! I know they are great and efficient workouts but I want to burn 1000 calories! (I know I am a bit crazy). Keep the videos coming you guys are great inspiration!

    This workout is amazing!! I did it on a Friday, when I was already tired from all the previous workouts in a week and I found this too challenging. Might be adjusting my routine and moving this one to Mondays to be able to put maximum effort into it (I needed to come up with some lower impact/ easier version of the HIIT exercises finishing my weekly routing with this workout ;))

    It was a psychological war fare from 27 min. I really considered giving up. I pushed through albeit tap outs. Workout complete 25.03.2017 - 5.35am.

    IT IS A KILLER WORKOUT!!!! LIKE literally!! I could only do 25 mins...which I feel is progress!. I will def come back to this video and finish it!!!

    I love this workout, and wish you all had some others with a blend of cardio or HIIT, weights, and abs that are longer than 30 min. Any new ones coming that could do this?

    That was so good and felt so well rounded! Just when I thought I couldn't do anymore cardio it went to strength, and I liked the little inclusion of abs at the end. Thank you for the workout!

    I love the format of this workout. It's been one of my favorites for years! Except... I still struggle doing curls whilst lunging! The compound movements are so hard for me!
