Chair based Kundalini Yoga session with Jasmine Heir

  • In this session, the main focus is on the breath. Gentle movements are incorporated to help warm up the body. Towards the end, our teacher Jasmine introduces a pranayama technique aimed at boosting the immune system. This class was initially delivered in 2022, in collaboration with Health-Works, across various locations for Stonewater resident.
