So my moms car starter was changed with aftermarket and a week later she getting po339 code. It does seems at times it hesitate to start like slow crank and then speeds up . Sometimes it cranks long . So could it be the starter then.

Then the timing chain is off. The chain is stretched.

The civic 2013 1.8l is doing a P0339 code. I changed the crank sensor but it didn t work. Those the starter solved this issue?

Yes, if you replaced the crank sensor already and code still come back. Replace the starter will solve the problem.
