    I just got my first Tacoma, a 2021 TRD Pro, after driving a bare bones stock 2000 Ford F150 for the past 13 years!! I even had to use the key to open the door, no key fob!! At least I had power windows!! haha!! To say my mind is blown every time I learn something new about my Tacoma would be an understatement!!! 🤯 This video has been very helpful. It feels like Christmas everyday I get into my truck!!! Will the surprises NEVER end!! I ❤ my Taco!! 😍

    • @troy3456789
      @troy3456789 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      same here. So many of these channels open up with loud music, then the speaking voice is much quieter than the opening music too. I like just natural sounds during the video that's trying to tell us something. It is different if there is no speaking going on. If there is no speaking going on, then some music is nice, but natural sound should still be present and and heard even if there is music. Too many of these videos have music when I'm certain there is natural sound, and they remove the natural sound. If there is speaking and you still want music, then the music should be at about half the volume level of the speaking voice (as a rule of thumb).

    • @modXELA
      @modXELA  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@troy3456789 I totally agree with you Robert! I don't see the point in dubbing over natural sound. I do my best to convey my content clearly and I find background musing distracting. I think viewers want to listen to the message, not to music... there are other channels for that purpose. You are also correct that there are sections in videos that will require some background music but natural sound makes it really authentic! Thanks for tuning in! =)

    • @modXELA
      @modXELA  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey thanks Breeze! I need to get a bic pen then so it will hold. I think I will also try wrapping USB phone charging cables around it for storage... thanks for your input and for tuning in!

Also useful when at the gas station, sleeping in the car, or sleeping in the truck bed if you have a shell. Press and hold the "lock" button on the fob, then press "unlock" twice. By holding the lock button and simultaneously hitting the unlock button once on the key fob you can shut off the touch unlocking and locking of the taco. You can turn it on again by tapping any button on the fob. This can be useful as an anti theft measure or to save battery on the fob.

    For the clip in the center console, I believe it's for your USB cord charger. If you look at it when you go to close the center console right where the clip lines up there is an indent where the top of the console meets the bin and a cable can slip through. At least I have that indent on my 2021 Tacoma and that's what I use it for.

    The cup holder divider comes out because most coffee cups have handles (ears) that won't fit a circular cup recess.

      Hi Alvaro, you're probably referring to my Tekonsha Prodigy P3. It's a brake controller that I use when I tow my 18' camper trailer. Thanks for tuning in!

    Where did you get the TRD badge for the cup holders ?

    • @modXELA
      @modXELA  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey folch52, I got it from aliexpress.com. I tried to find the specific seller where I got it from but somehow I couldn't locate the seller anymore. Check out aliexpress.com and search for "TRD badge sticker" and I hope you'll find it. It's good quality too, it has a metal backer so it doesn't look cheap and it holds pretty well. Good luck!

    That clip in the center console has been a thing in many cars and trucks. While not the same style my Cobalt has 2 clip in the center armrest and the manual says it's for a tire pressure guage, and pen.
    Also thank you for mentioning the irritating door beeping, I just bought a 2021 Tacoma and that beep bothers the hell outta me.

      Sooooo I have the tire pressure senors so it isnt necessary for me to put a tire pressure gauge there.
      Back to the pen? or USB cord?

    • @modXELA
      @modXELA  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@garyking1705 seems like everyone's saying it's for a pen, USB cord, tire pressure gauge so you're down to two choices. I think the cord will be a little cumbersome. They say that a Bic pen will fit perfectly. Thanks for tuning in Gary!
